Comfortable & relaxing stay in Siliguri in a good convenient location
Pros:

The location, comfortable bed and spacious room

Its definitely not the property fault, but there are a lot of mosquitoes outside area

Need to have some professionalism
Pros:

Nothing - Staff was laying on the sofa and responding inappropriately. Though I have informed I will be reaching around 11AM, they didn't allowed us to stay. After a whole night ride, it was really challenging to get another stay. I asked to pay extra as I reached early(10:50 AM) but they straight away denied booking and inform they will not give room before 12 o'clock.
