Pros:

Ideal location a min from the pebble beach of Gerolimenas and with two balconies towards the sea. Well equipped enabled cooking easily and having a dishwasher and washing machine was a bonus. The host was very responsive and sorted the issue we had with hot water quickly and dropped off additional coffee pods. The apartment is tastefully decorated and a cleaner came in mid week.

Cons:

There is no information to read through about the area , restaurants, potential places of interest or excursions and this would be a good addition to have some local knowledge. Also, for cooking salt, pepper and oil were not provided. Initially it was unclear where we should park and the space provided is small so larger cars (we had a Toyota Aygo) may struggle to avoid having parts of the car hanging into the road. The apartment is up some fairly narrow stairs so we had to be careful when we did it with suitcases. Overall we felt the cost is a bit high.

Great self-catering accomodation for a base to explore the southern Mani.
Pros:

Great apartment, nicely furnished rooms and balconies, very well equipped kitchen, great shower and bathroom, spacious bedroom with comfortable firm bed. Generous supplies of tea, coffee, bottled water, juice, wine, honey, and marmalade. Easy parking close by. Close to sea.

Cons:

Only suggestion would be addition of a good vegetable prep knife.

Pros:

There was a small hiccup with the check-in information over WhatsApp, but the issue was resolved quickly. Apart from that, everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is a truly luxurious, beautifully designed space, equipped with every amenity and thoughtfully arranged in every detail. Congratulations to the owner — this is genuinely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed (and I’ve stayed in many around the world).

Best accommodation of our trip
Pros:

We absolutely loved this place. This is so great if all you wanna do is relax by the beach every day, but you need a little bit more space where you’re staying. It has a fantastic balcony and great facilities overall. I really couldn’t fault it.

Ολοκαίνουργιο παραδοσιακό πέτρινο διαμέρισμα σε απίστευτη τοποθεσία, διαθέτει όλο τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό, ησυχία, ωραία θέα από τον 2ο όροφο και εύκολο πάρκινγκ, η κυρία Γεωργία πάντα δίπλα μας σε ό,τι και αν την χρειαστήκαμε! Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά! 🌹🌹🌹

Pros:

Perfect location. The unit itself was also updated, clean and had a beautiful view. George helped me with all my bags to the upper unit so made it super easy. Would stay again!

Fantastic location, well thought out amenities, beautiful veranda, gorgeous kitchen, right next to the Gerolimenas beach front.
