Pros:

Ubytování samotné bylo nádherné. Pokoj byl velmi čistý a útulný, velmi světlý. U pokoje byla malá terasa s výhledem na moře. Koupelna byla krásná. Přístup k ubytování je po schodech, ale to je naprosto běžné na celém pobřeží Amalfi a je to dáno terénem, na kterém jsou města stavěna. Jsme zvyklí jezdit veřejnou dopravou, takže jsme bez problémů využívali místní lokální autobus, který objíždí celé město. Ubytovatel nám poslal odkaz na jízdní řád. Nejbližší zastávkou je San Luca, malé náměstí s kostelem. Odsud už jdete jen po pár desítkách schodů. Zastávka je jedna z hlavních zastávek, proto ji najdete na jízdních řádech napsanou, a to včetně času odjezdu.

Unique beautiful romantic stay
Pros:

Clean,comfortable , lovely staff, view incredible, excellent housekeeping, friendly

Cons:

The stay was excellent. If any feedback at all it would be maybe to include more in the welcome pack. Maybe a map with recommendations re bars/resturants./buses/local buses/shops etc
Also it would be good to have a tv in the room that you could use without having a Netflix account. If you don’t have your own account then you have no tv or entertainment facilities

Pros:

The service and the veiw was amazing. very clean too also there was a spa in the room which we were not expecting

Pros:

The room was great and the view was incredible. Our host scheduled a day trip to Capri and taxi's to and from the Naples Airport and Train Station. The food in Praiano is magnificent and it is so quiet. This is the place to be. Much better than the crowds and upcharge or Positano.

Cons:

There are stairs, but nothing too severe. If you have hiked a National Park, then you will be just fine here.

la struttura e carina , anche se un pochino scomoda per le scale, ma Praiano è così.

abbiamo beccato una giornata dove c'eè stato il problema dell'elettricità e quindi il condizionatore non andava è il caldo era tremendo... ci hanno spiegato che era un problema del paese

Beautiful week in a beautiful place
Pros:

Close to the bus, big room, nice shower. Hostess was fantastic. Helped with the bus schedules and booking us transfers

We enjoyed our time staying in Praiano
Pros:

Beautiful scenic views of the Amalfi coast.

Cons:

Even though air conditioning was included, the bed, linens and towels felt damp and dampness in the air.

Peaceful but a scooter is required.
Pros:

The room was well renovated and spacious enough, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the view from the patio was fantastic. It was perfectly quiet in the neighbourhood. The hosts are flexible and responsive by whatsap.

Praiano itself has two lovely beaches and a few nice restaurants but is not very walkable.

Cons:

The closest that a vehicle (including scooter) can get to the property is still a long 10-15 walk. It is a relatively flat walk if you can park at bus stop 15 but uncomfortable with our bags after a long day of travel (there are porter services available for hire but not offered by the property). There is a bus stop at roughly the same altitude as the property however we were unable to find a bus to get us there, twice we were dropped off below the property and had to take about 400-500 stairs back up (even late at night when returning from Positano). The location is also very difficult to find on google maps with many stairways that are not known on maps. The property appears close to Positano however logistically it’s about 45 mins by bus with all the walking. A private car (taxi) is 80 euro from Positano. It was much better once we rented a scooter (70 euro a day).
There are not any restaurants accessible without many stairs so it would be so wonderful if the hosts offered breakfast. They do offer coffee and a small pastry which was very helpful.

The pool is NOT a shared amenity which was a bit misleading on the advertisement .

Larga caminata pero estancia increíble
Pros:

Las vistas impresionantes, sin duda vale la pena pagar el dinero. Súper limpio y agradable todo, nos dejaron hacer el check in antes porque llegamos temprano. La mujer súper amable nos contestó a los mensajes al momento y nos ayudó en todo sobre los sitios de por ahí.

Cons:

Para llegar el bus te deja abajo en el pueblo y al ser vertical has de subir muchas escaleras y con el sol es horrible. Hay un bus local que te deja a mitad de subida pero estuvimos media hora esperando y no vino. A pesar de eso súper bien todo

Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hat einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer.
Das Hotel besteht nur aus wenigen Zimmern und besitzt keine richtige Rezeption. Die Besitzerin ist jedoch sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und steht fast rund um die Uhr für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung. Obwohl das Hotel kein Frühstück beinhaltet, werden jeden Morgen frischer Kaffee und einige süße Teilchen serviert.
Wir sind an der Amalfiküste in mehreren Hotels geblieben, und hier hat es uns insbesonders die Insektennetz-Schiebetür vor dem Balkon angetan.- diese ist gerade für nachts zum Schlafen wirklich ein Gamechanger!

Cons:

Da mein Partner und ich recht fit sind, war dies für uns kein wirklicher Minuspunkt (wir hatten einigermaßen Spaß dran), dennoch sollte man im Blick behalten, dass sich das Hotel auf einigen Höhenmetern befindet, an die kein Auto oder Bus herankommt. Eine kleine (oder mehrere) Sporteinheit(en) pro Tag sind damit unumgänglich!

Nice but location awful
Pros:

Lovely property, well kept and clean, but the location is awful if you want to get to positano and Sorrento. You have to rely heavily on buses or taxis. Taxis are really expensive buses mainly late. It’s very high up with lots of steps. Not suitable for families or elderly

Wonderful quiet spot on the Amalfi Coast!
Pros:

The apartment is quite large, the terrace and pool are amazing! The pool is the perfect temperature to cool off after a long day! And the view!! Roberta is the best host! My daughter got sick, she was super helpful with tips and eventually helping us get to the hospital. She was also helpful with recommendations and sending options for any questions I had. Thank you so much Roberta!

There is nothing bad about this property or Praiano!
