Wer eine Unterkunft sucht zum Schlafen und Skifahren ist hier richtig. Das Frühstück ist gut.5
Pros:

Die Lage in der Nähe zum Lift und zum Ort Ötz. Sehr freundliches Management und Personal.
Sehr kinderfreundlich.

Cons:

Mein EZ war ohne richtige Dusche. Das ist aber wohl Einzelfall. Sonst war die Ausstattung preisgerecht. Wieso man sich die Lotion für die Haare und die Dusche spart, finde ich kleinlich. Es gibt aber einen Lidl gleich um die Ecke. Da bekommt man alles, preisgünstig.
Gute Pizzaläden in 10 Min. Abstand.
Parkplatz gut gelegen und leicht zugänglich.

Bra hotell med bra läge
Pros:

Personligt, trevligt hotell . Bra kunna handla lite dryck mm o ha stora gästrummet att vara i. God frukost, rymliga rum.

Cons:

Skidbussen går inte så ofta så man fick allt planera en del runt det. Har eg inte med boendet att göra men vi är mer vana ha mer frekventa skidbussar.

Klaarblijkelijk verhuurt Booking 1 nacht voor de prijs van 2 waardoor je je daar op locatie bekocht voelt.

Prima lokatie voor een paar dagen skiën
Pros:

Vriendelijke eigenaars prima ontbijt grote kamer sauna aanwezig prima parkeer gelegenheid en bereikbaarheid.
Na de zomer wordt het complete hotel vernieuwd er komt zelfs een lift.

Pros:

Ich war 3 Tage vor Silvester dort. Sehr einladenes. Ich mag dieses Urige Holzambiente.
Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, Personal war mega zuvorkommend und freundlich , zum Frühstück war alles da was man braucht.
Schöner Sitzbereich um Abends gemeinsam noch zu sitzen .
5 min zum Skilift, 2min zum Spar, 4 min ins Zentrum
Ich war rundum zufrieden.
Kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen.

Super freundlich, ein tolles Frühstück und wenn es irgend ein Problem gab, konnte man sich an die Gastgeber wenden und es wurde sofort geholfen. Man fühlt sich rundum gut versorgt.

Charming hotel with a lovely view of the mountains
Pros:

This lovely hotel has so much charm and character. It’s family-run, and you can really feel the care and personal touch throughout the stay.
The location is perfect — just a 7-minute walk to the Acherkogelbahn and a 4-minute walk to a grocery store nearby. There are parking places available and if you are arriving by bus from the Ötztal Bahnhof, then it's a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop to the hotel.
Mornings were a highlight thanks to the delicious breakfast selection. The bread was amazing and so was the fresh apple juice. Everything felt cozy, relaxed, and welcoming. Staying here made our time in Oetz feel extra special. Cannot wait to return next year.
