Perfect, calm location, amazing hosts. Would come back.
Pros:

We really liked this place:
- Just a few minutes to the nice beach. The hotel provides beach towels and an umbrella.
- Within a 15-minute walk of the Old Town.
- Close to restaurants and cafes. There are plenty of them around the beach area, too-it’s wonderful to watch the sunset there.
- Free street parking.
- Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace.
- Balcony and a spot to hang out towels and swimwear.
- Wonderful hosts, ready to help and answer any questions.

Pros:

Ottima struttura in una zona tranquilla di Chania. Abbiamo soggiornato qui 5 notti. Staff super gentile e disponibile. Ottimi servizi. Ci hanno anche dato un ombrellone per la spiaggia per i 5 giorni che siamo rimasti lì. Camera molto pulita. Qualità prezzo ottima. Struttura a circa 15-20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Chania. Tutto perfetto

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, al lado de la playa y cerca del puerto veneciano. La habitación era muy cómoda, no le faltaba de nada. Más que un hotel de 2 estrellas, parece que tiene 3.

Cons:

El dueño y su mujer fueron muy amables, pero la persona que está en recepción por las mañanas es un poco seca. Hace su trabajo de forma efectiva, pero debería mostrar más cercanía y amabilidad, porque trabaja de cara al público.

Es un hotel familiar donde te hacen sentir como en casa, Teresa habla español y portugués, que siempre es una ayuda a la hora de recomendaciones y demas, y su marido fue siempre super amable con nosotros, nos dejó unas toallas y una sombrilla para poder ir a la playa lps dias que nos alojamos alli. Las habitaciones son amplias y la cama muy comoda, cuentan con aire acondicionado. El desayuno se sieve en una terraza en la ultima planta. Esta situado a 10 min andando del puerto veneciano. Super comodo. Lo recomendaria 100%

Bardzo dobre miejsce w Chania
Pros:

Fajnie położony hotel, bardzo blisko do centrum i do plaży. Tuż obok dość duży parking. Niedaleko sklepy. Śniadanie na dachu bardzo smaczne, jest to, co trzeba.

Personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Abbiamo usufruito di una stanza tripla pur essendo in due, con doppio balcone di cui uno dotato di tavolino, sedie e stendino. Camera spaziosa pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort essenziali

Bardzo dobry hotel z miłym właścicielem i dobrym śniadaniem.
Pros:

Wiele podróżujemy i zaczynamy mieć problem z ocenami na Booking.com. Bo wydaje się, jakby ocena poniżej 9 była jakimś problemem. Tymczasem oznacza "bardzo dobry". I szczerze mówiąc, tyle należy się hotelowi Ideon. Dobra lokalizacja, czysto, ze śniadaniem na tarasie, bez hotelowego parkingu, ale z opcją zaparkowania przy ulicy obok. Dodatkowy punkt dla bardzo sympatycznego właściciela :)
