Pros:

Vriendelijk onthaal.
Lekker ontbijt en diner.
Mooie wellness.
Grote kamer en badkamer.

Cons:

Vast tapijt op de kamer.
De minibar op de kamer was veel te warm.
Na onze melding hiervan werd hij niet vervangen.

Das Service Personal und die Küche waren hervorragend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt, vor allem auch mit unserer Laktose und Glutenintoleranz.

Super Hotel, würde ich weiter empfehlen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, hat ein schönes Wellness Bereich, die Halbpension war Super !
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir kommen wieder

Cons:

Das einzige es war sehr heiss wären unserem Aufenthalt, und die Klimaanlage hat im Zimmer gefehlt.

wunderschönes Hotel
Pros:

Wir haben jeden Tag ein seeehr gutes Frühstück genossen. An einem Abend haben wir im Hotel gegessen. Das Essen war unbeschreiblich gut!
Das Personal ist seeeeehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Wellness Bereich ist seeeehr schön. Alles ist sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Erholsamer Urlaub dank der schönen Unterkunft

Das Hotel war wunderschön. Die Mitarbeiterinnen super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Abendessen war köstlich und das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Spa-Bereich war gemütlich, aber der Pool etwas zu klein.

Cons:

Leider waren keine Klimaanlagen im Zimmer, allerdings muss ich auch dazu sagen, dass wir im Hochsommer dort waren und keiner mit so hohen Temperaturen gerechnet hat.

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Wir sind schon mit großer Vorfreude angereist und dennoch wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es steckt in vielem die Liebe zum Detail, besonders in gastronomischer Hinsicht. Das Essen war durchweg ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber mit hervorragender Aussicht. Der Wellnessbereich war angenehm klein aber fein. Für den Sommer wären angenehmere Liegen für die Freifläche vor der Sauna toll - aber das ist „Jammern auf höchstem Niveau“.
Die Ausgangslage für Wanderungen ist ausgezeichnet. Es braucht kein Auto. Es waren viele Busse, die Bahn und die Golmer Bergbahn ums Eck, welche regelmäßig fährt und zudem noch einige weitere nette Attraktionen anbietet.

Alles in Allem: Es war wunderschön, vielen Dank!

Gute Lage und super Essen

Es war etwas warm im Speisesaal gleich am Fenster, wir konnten aber draussen essen, sehr flexibel.
