Pros:

The apartamant is in a new building. Modern , very clean

Cons:

The elevator didn’t work 4 days that i stay, you need to put more towels because three days with one towel is not sufficient. In the kitchen you need to put a towel. You have coffee machine but you havent one coffee

Quite spacious. Nice balcony. OK walk into Lefkada enabled us to explore other areas than the waterfront and centre. Found some new out of the way cafes, but roads can be dangerous. Trip to Nidri was great. Probably stay there next time.

Cons:

3 balconies, only 1 set of balcony furniture. No kettle, tea towel, complimentary tea bags, coffee satchels, butter/ margarine, etc. No dishwasher tablets. No washing machine tablets. Table fixed to the kitchen bench was annoying; it should be separate. No instructions or information sheet. Had to work out the h/water system ourselves. Our Booking.com in formation indicated a penthouse which this was not.

I LOVED pretty much everything about our apartment. We stayed at Solare, and it had everything one would need to feel like home. Very spacious, it had three HUGE wardrobes which fit all of our clothes. It had accessories like iron, hairdryer, washing machine, and dishwasher.
We didn't have to worry about the place getting dirty after a while because there was a cleaning service every three days, which repaired out towels and sheets. Some evenings we had to use the kitchen to make dinner, no issues with that, perfectly equipped, modern and, once again, spacious.
There is a smart TV which enabled us to watch movies. The internet was great, too. We had two balconies, which were super wide, both with seats and a table. And we also had a dedicated parking spot for a car right in front of the building(there was a sign which said Solare, that indicated which space is ours)
In short, I'm not exaggerating when I say it has everything one would need to have a stay with no worries and issues and to be able to relax and enjoy their experience at Lefkada. I HIGHLY recommend.

Could have been exceptional but the missing the small things
Pros:

Apartment was clean and large

Cons:

Although the apartment was large and clean , it lacked some basic things like a tea towel, kettle , no complimentary coffee or water, the booking said a bottle of wine although none of that was there.

Καινούργιο,μοντέρνο,καθαρό,20’ περπάτημα για το κέντρο,μπροστά σε δρόμο αλλά με καλή ηχομόνωση,ακούγεται ελάχιστα θόρυβος,πολύ άνετο για οικογένεια,εύκολο παρκάρισμα απέξω ακριβώς(το κάθε διαμέρισμα έχει με ταμπελάκι το χώρο του).Στο ρετιρέ που μείναμε είχε 3 μπαλκόνια με σετ καθιστικού σε όλα.Πολυ καλά και αθόρυβα κλιματιστικά Dailkin.Μεγάλη και μοντέρνα κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα.

Cons:

Κάποιες μόνο μικρόελλείψεις που δεν ενοχλούν και τόσο όπως:έλλειψη σαπουνιού για τα χέρια στο μπάνιο(τα πλέναμε με το αφρόλουτρο και δεν ζητήσαμε)όπως και βάσης στον τοίχο για το χαρτί υγείας.Ελλειψη τηλεόρασης στο Υ/Δ και κουρτίνας συσκότισης καθώς η Ρόμαν που έχει δεν κάνει τέλεια συσκότιση και δεν υπήρχε πουθενά καθρέφτης εκτός από το μπάνιο.Αν συμπληρωθούν αυτά θα μιλάμε για τέλειο!!Το μόνο που χαλάει αρκετά την όλη εικόνα και δεν συνάδει με όλα τα άλλα που είναι μοντέρνα είναι το σιδερένιο κρεβάτι που θυμίζει δεκαετία του ‘80!!

Pros:

הדירה חדשה, מרווחת, נקייה ונאמנה לתיאור המופיע בבוקינג. בחדר המדרגות יש מקום לשיפור הנקיון.

Cons:

התקשורת עם הצוות היתה לקויה. ביום הגעתנו רצינו להקדים את הכניסה במידה והחדר כבר מוכן אך התבקשנו לשלם על כך 40 יורו. זוהי פעם ראשונה שנתקלנו בדבר כזה.
דבר נוסף- בנקיון הראשון נלקח בטעות אחד הסדינים ונותרנו על סדין אחד בלבד. בקשתי שישלחו לנו את הסדין, והוא הגיע יומיים אחכ. בין לבין המנהלת לא טרחה לענות לפניותינו.

lt's also so quiet.
The balcony was also huge .The accomodation was close to Lefkada town.
Also a very friendly host Micheal was an amazing and very helpful person.
