Pros:

Die Lage des Schlösschens ist superschön und das Personal gastreundlich.Man kann direkt am Hotel loswandern , toll!!!Das Speisenangebot am Abend ist überschaubar,aber schmeckt vorzüglich.

Cons:

Das Brummen der Abzugshaube in der Küche hat uns leider eine schlaflose Nacht bescheert,die sollte dringend erneuert werden bzw. nachts nicht durchgehend in Betrieb sein.Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt über der Küche.....

Super Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen. Pool und Billiard für Familien gut geeignet. Frühstück ausreichend und für jeden etwas dabei.

Cons:

Ruheraum ist etwas ungünstig gelegen - ständiger Durchgangsverkehr. Duschen haben keinen Duschvorhang und somit schwimmt immer das Bad.

Hotel je položen v nádherné přírodní krajině, personál ochotný a příjemný.
Pros:

Se vším jsme byli v podstatě velice spokojeni. Personál velice příjemný, bazén a sauna byly též skvělé. Snídaně bohaté.

Cons:

Přístup k řešení problému o platbě a zaslání nedostatečné faktury. Po dvou telefonních kontaktech jsem se do dnešního dne nedočkala odpovědi,k řešení daného problému!

Ich habe leider den letzten Bus des Tages von Hrensko zum Hotel Zámeček verpasst. Nachdem ich das hotel kontaktiert hatte welche Möglichkeit es noch zur Anreise geben könnte, schlug die hotel Mitarbeiterin vor mir die Nummer eines taxiunternehmens rauszusuchen und zu schicken. Nach 15 Minuten ohne Nachricht rief ich nochmal an. Die Mitarbeiterin sagte, sie hätte mich kontaktiert und würde es nochmal probieren. Das gleiche nochmal, 10 Minuten vergingen, ich musste mich erneut melden. Dann meinte sie, dass sie für mich ein Taxi rufen würde. Wir vereinbarten den Abholort. 10 Minuten später meldete Sie sich erneut, dass in 30 Minuten ein Taxi kommen würde. Nichts passierte. Während ich wartete, schlossen Restaurants, die budenbesitzer fuhren nach Hause, der Ort war um 20 Uhr verlassen. Ich wartete eine Stunde und kontaktierte das hotel erneut. Doch leider war auch da außer dem Anrufbeantworter niemand mehr zu erreichen. Auf eine Nachricht von mir...

"Im still waiting for the taxi you ordered. I think no taxi comes. No hotels open. No Bus. I'm freezing and your Phone is switched off. Just Tell me. What is the Explanation for this?"

Bekam ich diese Nachricht vom hotel...

"I am so sorry to hear that. I´ve called the taxi and confirmed that it will pick you up. My shift ends at 20:00, so I was probably already on the way home."

Absolut schlimme Erfahrung. Nie wieder.
