Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich schön. Es ist besonders angenehm, auf der Restaurant-Terasse zu sitzen. Das Personal ist sehr lieb, obwohl es Verständigungs-Probleme gab. Manche sprechen gar keine Sprachen außer Tschechisch. Aber sie sind lieb. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Matratzen waren gut.

Cons:

Leider ist diese Liste lang:
- es war sehr schwer an zwei extra Kissen zu kommen. Ich musste dreimal bitten und auch dann wurden mir die Kissen mit den Bezügen gebracht, das heißt ich musste sie beziehen und der eine Bezug war nicht ganz sauber;
- den Schwimmbecken, wegen dem ich mich für diese Unterkunft entschieden habe, konnte ich nur einmal benutzen, weil am Rand ein ekelhafter dicker Schmutzschicht sich angesetzt hat, den man einfach mit einem Tuch reinigen könnte, das wurde aber während der ganzen Woche nicht gemacht;
- wenn man um halb 9 beim Frühstück erscheint, kann es vorkommen, dass man keine Eier mehr kriegt (nicht gekochte und auch keine Rühreier) und es wird nicht nachgefüllt;
- im Zimmer wurden die Müllbeutel gewechselt und Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt, aber wir sind 6 Nächte geblieben und es wurde kein einziges Mal geputzt;
- das Frühstück ist eher überschaubar und langweilig und einmal lag ein Haar auf dem Teller mit den Schinken;
- die Fenster sind schmutzig, auch die Badezimmertür und auf meinem Lampenschirm waren große Flecken.

Awesome view, friendly staff
Pros:

Great location. Awesome view of the mountains. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was small but well maintained. The sauna and hammam was refreshing after a hike. The breakfast was also good. One caveat is that this place is far from Jetrichovice. But the bus stop is about 200m (Bus 434 Rynartice, pod Zameckem). Last bus is around 6 or 7pm so if you are feeling snacky in the evening, the only choice is the food at the resto which closes at 7:30pm If you time your hikes right, this won't be an issue. We stayed 2 nights and just took the bus or hiked everywhere.

Pri ranajkach chyba kavovar. To čo bolo akože káva…otras. Radšej sme zaplatili🙈

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.. Ein ganz großes Lob dafür..

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage und die Sauberkeit in den Ecken könnte besser sein. Die Dusche ist sehr klein wie auch der Duschkopf, für ein Wellness Hotel hätten wir uns da was anderes größeres gewünscht.

Maličký pokoj postačí na jednu noc, na víc už by to asi nebylo pohodlné. Téměř se nedá vyvětrat (malé kulaté okno lze pootevřít jen na škvíru).

Je nám líto, ale poměr ceny a kvality nám vůbec nepřišel odpovídající.
Pros:

Na pobytu bychom chtěli pochválit především velmi pohodlné matrace a opravdu milý a ochotný personál. Také jídlo bylo výborné.

Cons:

Bohužel samotné ubytování nás velmi zklamalo. Objednaný pokoj jsme nakonec nedostali. Místo klasického manželského lůžka jsme měli tři samostatné matrace v rámech, které vůbec nešly dát k sobě. Postele byly navíc umístěné tak, že mezi nimi a kolem nich byly rámy, které člověk musel neustále překračovat. Pokoj měl velmi málo prostoru a zkosenou střechu, takže pohyb po pokoji byl značně nepohodlný.
Byli jsme tři osoby, ale k sezení byly k dispozici pouze dva sedací vaky. Jinak v pokoji prakticky nebylo, kde si pohodlně sednout. Celkové vybavení na nás působilo velmi lacině a neútulně a rozhodně neodpovídalo ceně, kterou jsme za pobyt zaplatili.
