Pros:

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön an einer Anhöhe Mitten in der Tschechischer Schweiz. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch ausgestattet. Das Restaurant und Frühstücksraum sind stilvoll, passend zum Namen "Zámeček- kleiner Schloss", eingerichtet. Das Personal der Rezeption war immer sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich insbesondere das Rührei und Honig aus Fichtenknospen sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Ein Wunsch oder Empfehlung hätten wir für Zukunft. Eine Möglichkeit Getränke zu kaufen auch wenn das Restaurant geschlossen ist. Zum Beispiel ein Kühlschrank an der Rezeption oder Automat.

Хорошее местоположение. Красивая природа. Парковка. Есть бассейн и сауна

Cons:

Номер уже нуждается в ремонте, кровать от любого движения скрипит. В номере нету чайника, кружки, воды питьевой и вообще ничего что с этим связано. На весь номер 1 вентилятор, ощущение что ты находишься в духовке, открытые окна абсолютно не помогают, а мы были в пасмурное время. Завтрак оставляет желать лучшего.

Hotel itself was very nicely located, views were great, breakfast was tasty and stuff was kind.

Cons:

Our stay was during heatwave, hotel didn’t provide any ventilator or air conditioning in our room, when it was over 30 degrees outside, and our room was located on top floor (there was no option of changing room as well). We barely had any sleep during our stay because of temperature and poor air flow, so we didn’t rest at all.

Die Ruuhe und die Aussicht sind genial. Das Personal sehr freundlich.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer unter Dach gebucht und da es zu der Zeit sehr heiss dort war konnten wir ohne Probleme ein Anderes bekommer.
Das Essen ist sehr gut. Die Menuekarte aber sehr klein.

Cons:

Im Bad waren keine Abstellmöglichkeiten. Die Dusche ( in der Badewanne) war so konzepiert dass nach dem Duschen eine kleine Überschwemmung im Bad war.
Es wäre schön wenn es im Garten ein paar Liegestühle hätte..so könnte man sich am Nachmittag ein bisschen im Garten ausruhen.
Wellness können wir nicht bewerten weil nicht besucht.

Pros:

Gut gefallen hat uns die idyllische Lage in der Böhmischen Schweiz. Das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss war groß und auch das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Man kann im hoteleigenen Restaurant auch Abendbrot essen, uns persönlich hat der Restaurantbesuch aber nicht so gut gefallen, was ja aber auch Geschmackssache ist. Die Wellnesseinrichtungen haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Great location, basic facilities
Pros:

Monika and Petra were exceptional in their service and very much keeping the service organised. The hotel is in a great location.

Cons:

The spa facilities were not in use and only the pool available. This area could benefit from a clean.

The chef was able to cater for dietary needs but the trainee waitress was not helpful in facilitating this so had to go without food on one night.

The room was basic and perhaps at the higher expectation of cost for this area.

The massage treatment was brought in externally. She used hot stones on bone and caused significant bruising.

Pros:

Klasika. Michana vajicka, parky, sunka, syr. Neurazejici. Ovsem vecere byla vynikajici. Podle vyrazu hostu v okoli - vseobecna spokojenost :D

Die Lage war wundervoll, der Indoor Pool sowie das Zimmer waren toll

Cons:

Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn ein bisschen mehr Ausstattung für Kinder da gewesen wäre. Wir hatten extra nach einem kinderfreundlichen Hotel gesucht, aber in der Nähe sind wenig Spielmöglichkeiten, dann wäre eine kleine Rutsche, Schaukel oder was zum klettern im Garten schön gewesen.
Ansonsten war alles top

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön in einer sehr ruhigen Bilderbuchlandschaft gelegen. Man sitzt auf einer Terrasse mit außergewöhnlich schöner Aussicht. Wir Freude an der Natur hat, wird es genießen und über die ein oder andere Unzulänglichkeit hinweg sehen. Das Restaurant bot für eine Hotelküche sehr ordentliche Speisen und ein super Bier.

Cons:

Der SPA-Bereich ist ein wenig mickrig. Der Service war freundlich und bemüht, aber nicht immer perfekt. So wurden die Tische vor dem Servieren der Speisen nicht immer abgewischt. Die Kaffeemaschine zum Frühstück war nicht gut. Hier könnte eine Investition einiges bewirken. Denn ansonsten war das Frühstück sehr gut.

Tolle Lage abseits, man kann von hier aus zum Marienfelsen laufen, Parkplätze am Hotel vorhanden, tolles Frühstücksbuffet,

Cons:

Dampfbad war etwas lauwarm, Öffnungszeiten des Pools sind sehr eingeschränkt
