Un ostello al prezzo di un hotel
Pros:

Posizione comoda sia per il centro che per getsemani
Buona aria condizionata, potente e silenziosa
Buona illuminazione artificiale in camera

Cons:

Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo:
1) bagno cieco SENZA ventilazione forzata
2) NO acqua calda
3) camera o SENZA FINESTRA o, in caso presente, inutilizzabile in quanto aggetta sul passaggio all’ingresso ed è posizionata proprio di fronte al letto . Praticamente, una caverna!
4) NO possibilità di colazione
5) la stanza NON viene pulita/rifatta
6) sono incorso lavori di ristrutturazione che causano un baccano infernale, impossibile dormire al mattino o nell’ora della siesta. In queste situazioni è doveroso informare gli ospiti e offrire uno sconto- nulla di tutto ciò!
7) ingresso sporco e difficile da trovare
Veramente una brutta esperienza ad un prezzo ingiustificabile, non capisco le recensioni positive.

Excelente!
Pros:

Ubicación, habitación, baño, atención! Fue excelente. Solo dormimos una noche porque estábamos de paso pero nos encantó. Es silencioso y cerca a todooo!

Sentirse como en casa
Pros:

Lo amplio de la habitación y cómodo, bella la decoración me sorprendió mucho el vidrio que contenía restos de la muralla de la casa y que parecía un cuadro iluminado, buen closet, buena iluminación y climatización. Además de la amabilidad de todo el personal y la buena conversación con los encargados de la casa.

Cons:

Quizás que deberían indicar que hay que agacharse en la entrada del portón (jajaja no calculé bien y me golpee 2 veces en la frente, pero no fue para mayores, sólo un golpecito) ahora habían detalles mínimos que se pueden corregir sin mayor problema y que de hecho se lo informé a los encargados, tras una cálida y agradable conversación.

Agradable y confortable
Pros:

Me gustó que la habitación estaba muy ordenada y limpia. Todo estaba en perfecto estado y cumplió con lo que necesitábamos.

Cons:

Como era una habitación en el primer piso, cuando llegamos en la mañana, olía muchísimo a humedad. Ya después en la tarde cuando regresamos, el olor se fue con el tiempo y no tuvimos inconveniente después.

Bon emplacement

Cons:

Rapport qualité/prix un peu décevant (sans doute lié aux prix de Cartagena / côte Caraïbes).
Problème d'eau étant survenu pendant notre séjour, pas de douche possible un soir, ni chasse d'eau fonctionnelle pendant la soirée + nuit.

Pros:

Bien situé dans le vieux Carthagène (tout se fait à pieds), mais au calme de la rue. Chambre pour 4 spacieuse et confortable.

Cons:

Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre.

Good value for money in a great location
Pros:

Very convenient location in the heart of the old city center. Check-in and check-out were easy and we had a spacious room.

Cons:

The room has no windows, so it was quite humid and smelled damp. The blankets provided were also itchy and not very clean. The staff is only there from 12 till 9, but we felt safe due to the many doors with locks.

A modern room in a typical historical house
Pros:

We booked through Booking.com. the communication with the owner was great. The house is located in a more quiet part of the old historical centre however not far from the main attractions. It is a typical old house. The room was big and modern, with AC and fan. The bathroom is renovated and clean. The room has no windows, what is typical for those kind of houses and it didn't bother us at all. We slept very well. It was not hot and very quiet.
There was a problem with water in the whole city, however the owner organised us bottles of water so we could take a shower.
We recommend the casa also for the families. It felt safe and a bunk bed was great.
A suggestion: A bed lamp would be great, when you would like to read and not disturb others. More hooks to hang the towels.
