Booked, Reached there, Waited for an hour and cancelled the booking and left
Pros:

I met the manager, he cared about our exeprience there, took some time to come and understand.

Cons:

We booked the place, reached there and waited for 20 minutes to get a room, then they messed up room types, so we waited for another 30 minutes, No staff showed up to ask if we even needed water, Everyone was so cold. We waited for 40 minutes in the lobby and cancelled the booking and left.
Also it's not a location one would expect for the price, it's right to Buspark, Right when you step out of gate, it's loud and dirty.
