Nicely furnished apartment at a good price, but be careful of some broken things.
Pros:

Nicely furnished, great price. Wasn't near the city but proximity to the bus stops made it easy to get around.

Cons:

The hot water heater wasn't working and the toilet bowl was leaking. I hope the owner looks into it and takes it seriously.
