Hosts have no English, the bathroom was so so. Don’t expect English in Quy Nhon anyway.

Lovely clean room close to the beach
Pros:

This is our 2nd time staying here. We came back because we love the location near the beach and close to many restaurants, the cleanliness of the room, and the kindness of the owner.

Great value for a lovely, clean room, close to the beach.
Pros:

Clean, new rooms in an excellent location just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked really well and was very quiet. The owner is very sweet and we very much enjoyed practicing our basic Vietnamese with her. Lots of restaurants nearby and also a couple of laundry places a few doors down. There's a coffee shop at the bottom level where you can get a coffee, tea or fresh juice.
