Pros:

Spacious room, clean, comfortable beds, comfortable pillows, kitchen equipped with dishes and cutlery (without detergent, dish sponge), 1 minute from the beach, supermarket nearby, restaurants in the immediate vicinity

Cons:

Street parking is limited, but I was able to park the car at another property owned by them, 450m away (about a 6-minute walk).
The shower cabin only has a screen next to the toilet, so when taking a shower the bathroom floor tends to get wet

Pros:

The apartment is fantastic. Located in an excellent position, close to the sandy beach. It is very comfortable, nicely equipped, cleaned every day.
