The reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to any other guests.
The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival by the guest who has originally reserved, who must be one of the guests staying at the property. In case the credit card is not presented upon check-in by the guest who has originally reserved, the property will charge another credit card of the guest who has originally reserved on the spot and refund the originally provided card with the equivalent amount. If the originally reserved guest is not present no third-party payments will be accepted. Photocopies, photographs of credit cards, third-party credit cards, or electronic/virtual credit cards, are not accepted.

Peranosa is a beautiful and calming place to escape in peace. Carolina is a wonderful host, she is attentive, providing all the essential information and more, and she provides a lovely personalised service. The facilities at Peranosa are amazing. It is a few minutes walk from the sea and walking distance to local restaurants and other beach areas. All the team are friendly and they look after you on every level during the stay. I celebrated my birthday whilst I was there and Carolina was so kind in organising a cake and special service. I cannot recommend the residency highly enough.
Nicest staff in the world, always smiling and helpful. Amazing sense of details, in the apartment, the cleaning and the services. Would definitely book the exact same location if I go back to Santorini! Really deserves a 10/10, no doubt about it. If you have the chance to go there, do not hesitate!

Bardzo nowoczesnie i komfortowo wyposazone apartamenty. Klimatyzowane pokoje. Wyposazona kuchnia. Basen czysciutki,gleboki na 1.5m. Duzo zieleni wokol obiektu,a to nie jest czeste na Santorini. Super obsluga - niezwykle pomocna i mila.
Our stay at Peranosa was excellent. The property was clean, modern, safe, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a longer stay. We were warmly welcomed with delicious marble cake and complimentary water. The housekeeping team refreshed our room every two days, which we truly appreciated.
As we were in Santorini for a wedding, we had the chance to see several other accommodations where friends were staying. Without question, Peranosa stood out as the best in terms of size, modern design, and facilities. The staff were exceptional, and a special mention must go to Carolina, who was unfailingly kind, helpful, and attentive. Her support made a real difference to our experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to return on our next visit to Santorini.

We loved every moment there. The accommodation was spotless, well equipped and really modern with excellent AC. Of particular note were the host team who were so incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond our expectations every time.

This hotel was such a great find! The suites are incredible. We had plenty of space and were able to spread out comfortably. We had separate bedrooms and the adults were able to stay up late, watch tv, cook full meals, and enjoy the night while the kids slept. It’s a short walking distance to a rocky beach. We all were able to enjoy the shore, rocks, and sea anemones. We are already planning our next trip back. We used a combination of rental car, bus, and fun train for transportation. The hotel is located on the quiet side of the island. The bustling, crowded Oia and Fira are about 40 and 25 minutes away respectively.
We also want to recognize the incredible hospitality of Carolina. She made the hotel feel like we were visiting a family home. We extended our trip because she made us feel welcome and at home. She alone made the trip worth while. Carolina could train the rest of the world in hospitality. Every time our toddler passed reception, she was excited to tell Carolina about her day. Carolina was full of sunshine and was so happy to hear stories from our child. Upon our departure our child wanted to hug Carolina and promised her she would come back to visit as soon as she could! We will definitely return to this hotel. If not for the beautiful views, warm & welcoming architectural design, and perfect pools, then for the incredible hospitality from the staff! You really do feel like family.
The staff and decor made this place, tucked away in a quiet part of the island next to the black sand beaches this property is absolutely stunning. The staff went above and beyond with service, attentiveness and recommendations, i have not received service like this from 5* resorts i have stayed at. Honestly cannot wait to come back.
