Little gem with European standards and a stunning view
Pros:

A beautiful apartment with a stunning sea view and all amneties you need for a short as well as a long-term stay.
The owner is very friendly and helpful. I can only recommend to stay here

Cons:

The location is a bit secluded, therefore a car is recommended if you want to go grocery shopping or downtown. In the other hand, the location is also very quiet and peaceful which gives you amazing silent nights and mornings

Disappointing
Pros:

The people in the adjacent cafe where very nice and without them I wouldn't have been able to communicate or plan my days and my time in Egypt.

Cons:

Juliana Beach Resort is probably the only Hotel I have ever stayed in that don't cater very well for English people. The language barriers are difficult, and it makes life hard and frustrating.
The owners of the apartment were German and Egyptian. They made demands for extra monies for utilities on my arrival and this was Christmas day. The made threatening comments prior to my arrival regarding cancellation of my booking. It was an absolute joke to be met by 2 people on arrival solely intending to get further financial gains. And the same on leaving, Rude and aggressive. All I wanted was to avoid them and the stresses that came with renting their appointment.
Juliana Beach has a top floor open restaurant for use by paying guests, yet the owners failed to give me any information about this and I went hungry every day until a chef turned up at the local cafe in the afternoon. Egypt is a great country but Juliana Beach Resort is too isolated in my opinion and definitely not appropriate for English tourists. I wouldn't want to stay there again.

Pros:

Rummet va inte rent, fläckar på mattan, toaletten var inte rent. Dåligt utsikt från balkongen, ( man fick bättre utsikt mot extra summa). Bäddsoffan var sönder. Det var snålt med frukost, vi fick så lite så vi blev inte mätta.
