Great place to stay
The property was in poor condition but the people and the service was great. It should be understood that it is difficult for non Spanish speakers at this hotel, and misunderstandings can arise if the sole means of communication is via translator apps. I enjoyed the stay, and the people went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable

Close to the beach. Not senior friendly
On receipt from hotels.com, it said half the room payment was paid, but when arriving, i had to pay full price of room stay and taxes. Dont know if this was a hotels.com or the actual hotels fault, but it couldve been a disaster if i didnt have extra money. When hotel.com recipt says "paid", you expect it to be paid. Always check your bank, and/or, bring extra money jus in case this happens
Loved the beautiful view of the beach and the walking distance to the pool. The people were super courteous, friendly, and very professional. I would definitely use them again.
The room was nice and mostly comfortable. Only the AC was a bit off and ok at times. Food was excellent and the staff very nice.

Nos gusto mucho el hotel Kokoa! Es el lugar perfecto para alejarse del ruido de todo y llegar a un lindo lugar donde se siente la paz y los problemas desaparecen por el tiempo de estadía.
Sin duda una bella estancia, a pesar de que a los alrededores no hay buenos restaurantes, mercados, tiendas ni nada, pero ahora si que es desconexión total del todo.
La comida del restaurante es buena, pero me gustaria ver mas opciones saludables, vegetarianas, etc.

La paz, la playa privada y las instalaciones del hotel
El personal de recepción no es el más amable. No existe el "voy a ver la forma de ayudarlo".
Con respecto al restaurante, tienen que ver la forma de eliminar las moscas.
Estuve alojado en 4 hoteles distintos entre Punta Sal, Máncora y Vichayito y en ninguno habían moscas o al menos no la gran cantidad de moscas que había en Kokoa.
La relación precio/calidad no es la mejor.
El trato del personal fue muy cordial y amable. La ubicación del establecimiento muy buena frente a la playa. Lo que sí me incomodo fue el equipamiento de la habitación muy básica y no guardaba relación con el precio pagado como si fuera un hotel de 4 estrellas y fuera de la piscina y la playa no se podía disfrutar el lugar por el tamaño pequeño de las instalaciones del kokoa.
