Wspaniały wypoczynek pod każdym względem
Pros:

Balkon z pięknym widokiem na góry, lokalizacja - blisko wyciągu, cicho i spokojnie. Łazienka wyposażona w kabinę z sauna na podczerwień. Czysto i przestronnie, dobra jakość WiFi.

It’s very close to the Bahnstation.very good address.

Cons:

When I arrived at first day,heard some noise from neighboring room until midnight.Some young people were partying in the room.
Better to notice all guests had to according to the silence rules of Apartment.

Tolle Lage und familienfreundlich, aber kein Sonnenschutz
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Alpenapart Ladis. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die hervorragende Lage: Die Bushaltestelle und die Gondelbahn sind nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Mit der nahegelegenen Gondelbahn gelangt man schnell nach Fiss, und der Wanderbus nach Serfaus hält ebenfalls nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ausserdem gibt es einen eigenen Parkplatz, was sehr praktisch ist.
Das Apartment ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Spielzimmer mit den Kinderfahrzeugen ein echtes Highlight – unsere Kleinen hatten viel Spass! Auch die vorhandene Recycling-Station fanden wir vorbildlich.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist der fehlende Sonnenschutz an den Fenstern, es gibt nur Vorhänge. Im Sommer könnte es dadurch im Apartment recht heiss werden. Hier wäre eine Lösung mit Rollläden oder Markisen wünschenswert.

Nice for families with small children and dog-owners in quiet, small village.
Pros:

Location 300m up to the ski lift and 300m down to the village centre, along the gently sloped main road. Quite spacious apartment 6 with very big, corner balcony with sunlight. Allowing dogs, although at a EUR 30 per day per dog surcharge. Ski locker directly at the lift is included in the price, allowing to walk the 300m with normal shoes to and from the ski lift.

Cons:

Decoration a bit outdated. The very inconvenient location of the TV in the corner above the sofa-bed. Front-facing apartments will have traffic noise from the main road (although limited traffic since a small, quiet village), so keeping windows open will be a challenge, especially on hotter days. In general Ladis is very quiet and small and very much focused on families with small children and hikers, so very limited in restaurants, bars, and shops.
