Amazing stay
Pros:

Loved the spacious room, comfy beds and the lovely bathroom with amazing shower. The free laundry facilities on the 5th floor were a big bonus! Also the cleaning ladies as well as the reception staff were very kind and helpful.

Pros:

Hotel Staff's are so good.
They are very much friendly and helpful.

Cons:

A glass was open type condition at room which didn't share me during room entrance.
My daughters played nearby area of that open glass (Sofa zone).
We saw it next day which we were seriously scared for this issue.
After that we always kept it at lock situation, and always guard that area by us.

For kids stay room, there must need a safety lock which cannot be open by kids own hand. And Hotel authority should remind guardian to careful about it.

Pros:

Excellent hotel, from the comfortable large rooms & bathrooms and great facilities to the free coffee and tea from the vending machine. The breakfast buffet was delicious . The staff are polite, professional, and provide truly excellent customer service.

The room was spacious enough and location is in a good accessible area.

Cons:

One of the towels received were not seem to be cleaned properly. The wood floor makes any kind of noise echo. Unfortunately non-smoke room still appears to smell smoke as it seems people would smoke in other rooms on the same floor.

For a 3 week stay, I am very happy and feel at home.
Pros:

Breakfast is plentiful, if you are Chinese, the variety is excellent. there is something different every day. the other items for Western breakfast is limited. However there is plenty to chose from. You are in the center of the city and the area has many choices for food. Lots of high end malls. Walking is easy and the area is very safe and clean.

Cons:

The hotel is older and could use some updates but everything works well. the cleaning lady is very accommodating. the elevators are not too slow. There are no holes or torn wallpaper. bed is comfortable. Could use a microwave and at least one drawer for clothes.

great location
Pros:
