Pros:

Ruhige Lage mit Fenster in den Innenhof ausserhalb des Zentrums; der Partner der Vermieterin hat mir meine schwere Tasche rauf- und runter getragen;

Cons:

Es ist mir auf meinen Reisen noch nie passiert, dass während 4 Tage Aufenthalt nicht ein einziges Mal das Waschbecken im Gemeinschaftsbad geputzt wurde bzw der Boden in den Gemeinschaftsräumen gereinigt.
Der Abwaschschwamm und die gesamte Küche waren für mich nicht einladend, um zu kochen.

Pros:

Wir kamen mit einem frühen Flug am Morgen an und wir durften bereits um 10 Uhr einchecken, was wir wirklich sehr, sehr geschätzt haben! Justine empfing uns freundlich, erklärte und alles und gab uns Tipps für Cordoba, Restaurants, etc. In der Küche gab es einen grossen Trinkwasserspender, der benutzt werden durfte. Das Zimmer ansich war gross und geräumig.

Cons:

Die Matratze war komplett durchglegen, man versank regelrecht im Bett. Das Bad war sehr schmutzig. Wir finden, wenn man so mit Gäste zusammenlebt, dann sollte man darauf achten bzw. erwarten können, dass das Bad vor Anreise der Gäste insbesondere das Waschbecken, der Boden und der Duschvorleger gereinigt werden. Es waren auch überall Haare im Bad. Auch die Küche machte keinen sauberen Eindruck. Justine lebt mit ihrem Partner dort, dieser schenkte uns absolut keine Beachtung und grüsste auch nicht zurück, wenn man ihn morgens oder sonst wann grüsste.
Für uns stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht.

Comfortable relaxing stay
Pros:

Such a comfortable bed in a really spacious room. The air con was very good. Shared kitchen and bathroom but had plenty of privacy! Hosts were helpful recommending local shops and giving us a tour of the property.
