Gute Lage, Das Zimmer war super bequem, die Dusche Klasse, Zum Empfang gab es eine Flasche Rotwein und Wasser. Sehr moderne Einrichtung. Super

Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'ottima posizione della struttura e la facilità del check-in tramite l'applicazione. Una nota di merito va sicuramente alla grande gentilezza della signora che ci ha accolto facendoci entrare in anticipo, e abbiamo gradito molto anche il caffè e l'acqua che ci sono stati offerti.

Cons:

Struttura totalmente bocciata: danni alla salute e zero comfort.Umidità inaccettabile: Camera in seminterrato (il che non giustifica affatto il problema) con umidità insostenibile e muri bagnati. L'aria ha peggiorato la tosse di mia moglie e i vestiti puzzano di umido.Bagno pericoloso: Progettazione pessima, la doccia allaga tutto il bagno e l'ingresso; il pavimento diventa scivoloso al punto che mia moglie è scivolata ed è caduta.Letto e rumore: Il letto sul lato destro vicino alla finestra è deformato a mezzaluna (impossibile dormire sulla schiena). Isolamento acustico zero, si sente ogni rumore di fianco e di sopra.Consiglio: Sconsiglio vivamente le tre stanze situate nel seminterrato.

Heerlijk verblijf!
Pros:

Ligging is perfect, in het centrum maar toch net buiten het gebied met veel doorloop. Strand op slechts 3 minuten lopen. Appartement zelf is erg netjes, nieuw, schoon. Grootte van het appartement vond ik ook prima, lekker terras erbij. Eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wat mij betreft echt een aanrader in Sarti!

Wonderful hosts. Place is great for a few nights. We were by car so we didn’t care about the proximity to the sea. Our friend had his birthday and the hosts helped out with a surprise breakfast.
