Pros:

Wonderful hosts. Place is great for a few nights. We were by car so we didn’t care about the proximity to the sea. Our friend had his birthday and the hosts helped out with a surprise breakfast.

La posizione degli appartamenti è perfetta, in una via tranquillissima e vicinissima a piedi alla piazzetta di Sarti. Gli appartamenti sono molto curati e anche belli ma soprattutto pulitissimi!!! Abbiamo ordinato una mattina la colazione in camera ed era abbondantissima e molto buona!

Хареса ми балконът и чистотата в хотела. Също така хостът беше много отзивчив и мил, имахме подарък бутилка вино и капсули за кафе.

Cons:

Не ми хареса, това че в удобствата беше изброено, че хотелът е на първа линия, а всъщност не е. Както и за мен лично съотношението цена- качество не е точно каквото очаквах. За жалост стаите не са много добре звукоизолирани и шумът от съседите се чуваше.

Not a good value for money
Pros:

It looked like a new renovation. Everything was clean. Staff was nice. If you prefer to stay in Sarti it's a good location, few minutes walk from the village.

Cons:

We were in the basement (that was the only available room), but that's not the issue. The issue is that the laundry room is nearby and it stinks on mold heavily. There are no mosquito nets so you can't really open the windows as well. The street is on 1 meter so in the morning you hear the garbage truck like a helicopter.

Parking is another issue. If you leave the apartment in the morning, there's no guarantee you will find a spot when you are back.

Cons:

Indeed we booked a basement room but there was a damp odor inside. We were there only for two nights but I wouldn’t recommend a long stay.
