Pros:

The room was exceptionally clean. I really appreciate the idea of readily available biscuits, snacks and the cold drinks in the lovely miniature refrigerator. The booking service was just seamless and the one on the counter was very receptive and cooperative. I also like the fact that when we wanted to extend the stay, the counter responded to book it online in order to get the concessions. This is just contrary to other hotels who insist on continuous stay through OFFLINE methods. Regenta Inn is just excellent.

Cons:

Room service from the kitchen was not good enough. They missed the orders 2 times in my case, that too in an incomplete way.
