A lovely place perfectly located with helpful staff
Pros:

It is a beautiful building well adapted as a hotel. The common space is particularly beautiful and an inviting space to spend a little time. The location is perfect for walking around town and in the garden.

Nice stay in a unique setting
Pros:

Hotel is very beautiful. Wish I was in Christchurch for longer to actually enjoy the stay. One night was too quick. Looks like you’re staying at Hogwarts

Pas un hôtel 5 étoiles aux standards habituels. Chambre minuscule. Pas de jardin ni terrasse.
Pros:

Bon emplacement, joliment décoré. Bâtiment historique remarquable.

Cons:

Chambre trop petite, pas de terrasse ni jardin. Petit déjeuné minimaliste sans plat chaud. Bien trop cher pour la qualité.

Tolles Hotel; Einrichtung & Atmosphäre haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer. Sehr gute Lage; man kann sehr einfach ins Zentrum gehen.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum ist sehr klein; die Tische sind „mikrig“. Angebot „bescheiden“; jedoch ausreichend. Am Empfang hatten wir mit drei Personen Kontakt. Eine Dame war extrem dienstleistungsorientiert, herzlich & offen…. die zwei anderen konnten das Niveau ganz & gar nicht halten.
