Was voor ons een goed uitgangspunt

Cons:

Gehorig, er konden de buren goed horen praten.

Wat erg tegenviel, was het geluid van vliegtuigen. We hebben medelijden met de bewoners van Zeanenburg

Voor de prijs die ik heb betaald voldeed dit hotel totaal niet aan wat ik van een 3-sterrenhotel mag
Pros:

Afgesloten parkeerplaats met laadpaal, je ziet dat personeel hun best probeert te doen.

Cons:

Dit verblijf voldeed duidelijk niet aan wat je van een 3-sterrenhotel mag verwachten. Geen schoonmaak en slechts één set handdoeken in drie dagen, defect sanitair, onbruikbaar meubilair en een verwarming die overdag uit stond bij temperaturen rond het vriespunt.

Daarnaast waren er geen koffie- of theefaciliteiten, werd een verbouwing vooraf niet vermeld en was de borgregeling vreemd (bij betaling van de borg krijg je een afstandsbediening mee). Ook leek het personeel niet bekend met de eigen systemen.

Al met al ligt dit hotel ver onder de 3-sterrenstandaard. Geen aanrader.

Médiocre - c’était le prix le plus bas
Cons:

insalubrité, murs très fins (on entendait la conversation des voisins qui sont rentrés tard), moisissures dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain, poussière/saletés sur le climatiseur qui était juste au dessus des oreillers, lits pas confortables… mais personnel sympa

prima bevallen we komen zeker nog eens terug.
Pros:

vriendelijk personeel.
nette kamer en douche.
inclucief parkeren.
Er worden geen extra kosten berekend.
Voor deze prijs een prima verblijf.

Cons:

Licht bij aanvlieg route van schiphol.
Heeft ons niet gestoord en ik heb er snachts niks van gemerkt.
maar dit zouden andere mensen vervelend kunnen vinden

Very bad facilities, poor cleaning, poor service. Nothing to do with the claimed star hotel!
