Disappointing
Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room was quite dirty upon arrival, and the air conditioning wasn't working at all, making the room uncomfortably hot throughout the night. To top it off, there wasn't even shower gel/shampoo provided in the bathroom. Given the price per night for two people, which was far from cheap, we expected much better basic standards and working amenities. I would not recommend staying here.

⚠️ WARNUNG AN ALLE FAMILIEN: Aggressives Personal und absolute Abzocke! (1/5 Sterne)

Buchen Sie dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall! Wir haben extra ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage bezahlt. Vor Ort wurde uns erst beim Check-in gesagt, dass die Klimaanlage im ganzen Haus kaputt ist. Auf der Buchungsseite wurde das absichtlich verschwiegen.
Als ich diesen schweren Mangel ansprach, eskalierte die Situation völlig: Der Hotelmitarbeiter wurde mir gegenüber extrem laut, ausfällig und hochgradig aggressiv. Mein Sohn und ich hatten solche Angst um unsere Sicherheit, dass wir fluchtartig das Hotel verlassen mussten! Wir haben das Zimmer nicht eine Sekunde genutzt.
Vor Ort hat man uns verlogen zugesichert, dass die Buchung kostenfrei storniert wird. Kaum waren wir weg, hat das Management die Rückerstattung eiskalt blockiert. Sie behalten das Geld für eine nie erbrachte Leistung ein und belügen den Kundenservice. Hier wird man erst angelogen und dann abgezockt. Ein absolut gefährlicher und unprofessioneller Ort – meiden Sie dieses Hotel!

Pros:

I liked the staff, who were very helpful and kind. They also helped when I needed it. The hotel meets the expectations and if you read some of the reviews before booking you won't be unpleasently surprised. It was a good location, close to grocery stores and a cozy local pub with nice food. Also close to a train station so traveling into Amsterdam is very easy.

Cons:

No fault of the hotel or staff, but noisy guests kepts talking and knocking on my door in the afternoon/evening. Also be prepared for no hot water in the shower.
