Le logement est vieillot, la literie une horreur et vous prenez votre petit déjeuner dans votre chambre car pas de service petit déjeuner. Sans oublier pas de poubelle

I BOOKED INTO THIS HOTEL MARCH 21, 2026. THE BOOKING WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TILL MARCH 24, 2026, BUT I HAD TO CHECK OUT MARCH 22, 2026 BECAUSE OF MANY REASONS ABOUT THIS HOTEL AND HOW I WAS TREATED.
THE BEDROOM IS SO DUSTY, AND ALL I DID WAS SNEEZING. WHEN I TOLD THE FRONT DESK AGENT (A GUY), HE TOLD ME, “SORRY, BUT THE ROOM IS CLEANED AND SORRY THAT THEY CAN’T DO ANYTHING FOR MY DISEASE.” ARE YOU SERIOUS? WHAT DISEASE? HE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME IN FRONT OF OTHER PEOPLE WHO WANTED TO BOOK IN.
THE RESTROOM WAS VERY STINKY AND DIRTY. EVEN THE SHOWER CURTAIN HAD A STAIN ON IT. THE SMALL FRIDGE/COOLER DID NOT WORK, SO I COULDN’T PUT THE THINGS I PURCHASED IN IT. THE AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK. MY ROOM IS LITERALLY NEXT TO THE EXIT, AND I HEAR EVERYONE WHEN THEY ENTER AND EXIT THE BUILDING BECAUSE THE DOOR BANGS SO LOUD—IT WAS VERY UNPLEASANT. THE ROOM HEATER DID NOT WORK, SO I WAS ALSO FREEZING THE WHOLE NIGHT.
I DIDN’T EVEN CHECK THE REVIEWS OF THIS PLACE BEFORE BOOKING. AFTER READING SOME OF THE REVIEWS, I SEE THAT MANY PEOPLE HAD SIMILAR ISSUES AS I DID, ESPECIALLY HOW DUSTY THAT HOTEL IS, AND THEY ACT AS IF IT’S EXTREMELY CLEAN.
I WAS NOT TREATED KINDLY BY THE OWNER AND THE FRONT DESK AGENT. BOTH WERE NOT EASY TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION TO. THE FRONT DESK AGENT WANTED TO MOVE ME TO ANOTHER ROOM, BUT I HAD TO PAY FOR THAT ROOM. ANY OTHER ROOM THAT WAS AVAILABLE, I MUST PAY FOR IT EVEN THOUGH THE SITUATION I DID NOT CAUSE. HOW INCONSIDERATE THESE PEOPLE ARE. NOT HUMANS AT ALL.
THE OWNER HAD ME SIGN A PAPER SAYING I WILL BE REFUNDED FOR THE 2 NIGHTS I DID NOT STAY THERE. THAT WAS SINCE MARCH 21, 2026, AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HER. I CALLED YESTERDAY BEFORE TRAVELING BACK HOME, AND SHE WAS NOT THERE YET. STILL, SHE HAS NOT CALLED NOR EMAILED ME ABOUT ANY UPDATES.
THE WAY I SEE THIS IS AS IF SHE DOESN’T WANT TO PAY ME BACK. BOOKINGS.COM HAS EVERYTHING RECORDED BECAUSE THEY ALSO SPOKE TO THE FRONT DESK AGENT AND THE OWNER.
