It is very clean and the apartment looked brand new with a lovely little balcony with a vine and some geraniums.

Cons:

Don't expect there to be staff at reception before 9am.
The walk from the metro takes 15 mins and the pavements (for a wheelie suitcase) are uneven.

new place, very clean
Pros:

Very clean, new apartment, helpful lady at the reception and automatic system for check in. We wanted to stay in this part of Athens, and this apartment is great value, kitchen included. Good bed, balcony, mosquito net and new quiet air condition. All great!
