Prix - proximité aéroport

Cons:

Réservation chambre lit double 2 personnes. Sur place : chambre avec 2 petits lits. Retour à l'accueil pour expliquer la situation. Changement de chambre : pas de taies d'oreillers ni de serviettes. Retour accueil : 3ieme chambre enfin conforme.
Petit déjeuner : juste du pain et croissants.
Un grand bravo pour la personne qui nous avait attribué une chambre avec 2 petits lits séparés alors que la réservation faisait état d'un grand lit douche.
Un second bravo pour les femmes de chambres ( comment ne pas voir que les taies et serviettes manquent !
Et enfin un 3ieme bravo pour la personne chargée de vérifier travail des chambres de chambres !!!
En résumé : du très grand professionnalisme et une grande implication du personnel

A éviter absolument si vous voulez avoir une chambre à votre arrivée.

À éviter absolument : 5 minutes avant d'arriver à l'hôtel venant de Dijon je reçois un appel du directeur qui m'explique qu'il n'y a plus de chambre de disponible. Ensuite il laisse les employés à l'accueil ce débrouiller.
Finalement nous nous sommes débrouillés par nos propres moyens pour trouver un autre hôtel et heureusement nous avons eu de la chance (Ibis style un peu plus cher mais bien meilleur).
D'après ce que nous avons compris l'établissement 1ere classe fait de sur-resevation et le problème est récurrent. Au moment de notre passage un autre couple s'est retrouvé dans la même situation.
POUR CONCLURE SI VOUS VOULEZ ÊTRE SÛR D'AVOIR UNE CHAMBRE À VOTRE ARRIVÉE EVITEZ CET ÉTABLISSEMENT.
En plus l'établissement semble douteux !
Booking devrait déreférencer cet établissement.

Pros:

A decent option for an overnight stay before an early flight from Marseille Airport. The beds are comfortable. The room is very small, but it's perfectly adequate if you just need a good bed for the night.

Cons:

When checking in, you must present a credit card, and a €150 security deposit will be pre-authorized on it. The hold will be released only on the eighth day after you check out of the hotel.
