Le Chauffage ne marchait pas , pas de drap dans le lit mezzanine, une seule serviette pour 3, des poils dans la douche, c est abusé la!!!!

Le ménage laisse à désirer, mais en même temps nous avions notre avions annuler 2 heures avant et donc le délai était très court.
