Amazing Facility and Staff
Pros:

The hotel rooms and facilities were excellent. The staff were lovely and very helpful and especially Valentina in Reception and Catherina in the breakfast room. The breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

It was a bit longer walk than I anticipated to Centro Storico.

Superschöne Location.
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches Personal . Matera Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig und schön gestaltet. Frühstück war sehr gut und auch der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön.

Luxus und Gastfreundschaft bei sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und extrem hilfsbereites Personal. Hier fühlt man sich als willkommener Gast. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Außergewöhnlich gute Küche.

Cons:

Leider etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum Materas.

Short couple stay in March

Everything. The hotel is impressive, the room is big, cosy, warm and confortabile, great bathroom. Great sleep. Breakfast amazing with pasticeria made in cassa, fresh local products, great view and athmosphere. We had dinner on March 8, great experience both from service and food perspective. Enzo suggested a very good Rose and made our dinner really pleasant. Food amazing, taste, service..I have no words. Congratulation to the Chef! Spa experience was amazing too. Anna was very kind and helpfull, made our stay very confortable. We love our stay, we will come back for sure.

Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid. De parking is ook een grote plus. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en niets is te veel. We komen terug.

Pros:

La struttura è nuova, è la seconda volta che soggiorno per lavoro e si conferma ottima soluzione. Colazione fenomenale con prodotti locali freschi e personale che ti mette a tuo agio.

The best place to stay in Matera
Pros:

The location itself is AMAZING! A former mill, converted into a complex with hotel, indoor and outdoor swiming pools, restaurants, bars, conference rooms and generous common spaces.
The personnel was so kind and supporting that make us to feal as the most important guests, ever.
Cleaning on the daily bases, with a professional approach.
Small but important gestures of courtesy (each day, water still and sparkling, coffee, tea, were refill, free of charge).
Large parking facility, included in the price.
Good cuisine, a maximum grade to the Chef.
We strongly believe is the best place to stay, in Matera.

Pros:

Le personnel était très gentil.
La chambre et la salle de bain étaient spacieuses.
On y mange très bien au restaurant mais le choix reste très limité pour quelqu'un qui reste plusieurs jours.
La proximité de Matara se fait très bien à pied...1200 à 1300 mètres environ

Cons:

Le bruit du train est récurrent de 5H40 à23H30 pour quelqu'un qui a le sommeil léger.
Dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing.
