Wonderful
Pros:

Very nice and cozy location. All the facilities were of a good quality. Toiletries of all kind, beds comfortable. Nice garden and terrace. Very well equipped bikes room.

Qualité, confort et espace de la chambre. Beauté de l'hôtel, Gentillesse du personnel. Le Spa et son bassin chaud (mini piscine) sont très appréciables après les visites.

Cons:

Le tarif très élevé du restaurant ne se retrouve pas dans l'assiette. A ce niveau de prix on attend autre chose. Ce n' est pas mauvais, c'est assez bien présenté, mais à ce prix là, on trouve beaucoup mieux ailleurs. C'est dommage car le lieu est très beau également.

Pros:

房间和洗手间非常干净整洁宽敞，甚至有单独的衣帽间，很多种类的饮料免费赠送，酒店大堂和餐厅非常漂亮，早餐也很棒。

Cons:

位置不在老城区，需要步行15分钟左右到达核心景区，但是对于ZTL不熟悉的自驾旅客非常友好，可以避免一不小心吃罚单，而且酒店停车位充足且免费。

Amazing building and design! Room was huge with a walk-in wardrobe. Loved staying there. The breakfast was a dream. We received superb service and got more than we expected. The spa is very cozy and feels high quality.

Cons:

There is a train going by, bring earplugs for sleeping.

Amazing Facility and Staff
Pros:

The hotel rooms and facilities were excellent. The staff were lovely and very helpful and especially Valentina in Reception and Catherina in the breakfast room. The breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

It was a bit longer walk than I anticipated to Centro Storico.

Superschöne Location.
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches Personal . Matera Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig und schön gestaltet. Frühstück war sehr gut und auch der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön.
