很糟糕的体验
Pros:

室内装修看起来不错，配备有泳池，停车方便，洗澡水压不错；

Cons:

Our stay had several significant and unreasonable issues. There are dangerous oversights in the finishing details: the door‑stop is shaped like a sharp small spike, which poses a real risk of foot injury. The in‑room air conditioning is extremely noisy, so we had to turn it off entirely.
The property is very close to railway tracks. Train noise continued until nearly midnight and started again around 6 a.m., severely disrupting our sleep.
Most disappointing was the room allocation. We booked four king‑bed rooms one month in advance, but only received one king room and three twin standard rooms. The hotel’s proposed solution was simply pushing the two single beds together to make a makeshift “king bed”, which did not meet our confirmed booking.
In addition, the rear garden and common areas have no lighting at night, creating an inconvenient and inexplicable situation.

Pros:

I liked the hotel, the service staff was great. Breakfast was good. It was nice to be able to use the pool on a hot day. They called a taxi.

Cons:

Everything was very good. Only sometimes at night you could hear the train traffic. It would be even better if such a wonderful hotel was closer to the city center Matera Sassi.

Lovely stay, staff very friendly and attentive, clean comfortable room, can’t fault it.
Pros:

It was spacious and clean. The spa was a very nice added extra. The breakfast was very good and lots of choice. The room was large and comfortable and clean and had everything we needed!

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. Perhaps could have been a little closer to the Sassi area but the actually property was perfect!

Pros:

Mooie, moderne en schone accomodatie. Zeer vriendelijke staf. Heerlijk zwembad. Goede parkeermogelijkheden. Stranden bereikbaar met korte wandeling, daar goede restaurants. Dorp Mattinata leuk om in avond te eten. Prachtige omgeving.

Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Alvino Relais hotel. Our deluxe room was very spacious with everything we needed. The complimentary mini bar with water and soft drinks was a bonus. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of options. As it was 35 degrees during our stay we greatly appreciated the swimming pool which had very comfortable sunloungers. It is only a 15 minute stroll to the Sassi . We would love to visit Matera again and would always choose this hotel.

Fabbricato ristrutturato elegantemente;il personale molto gentile , da Caterina che ti guida durante la colazione a tutto lo staff; la colazione è super, la piscina molto bella. Appena fuori dal centro storico , molto vicino alla Cava del sole , zona silenziosa e comoda , ottima esposizione.
