Consigliatissimo.
Pros:

La struttura è nuova, è la seconda volta che soggiorno per lavoro e si conferma ottima soluzione. Colazione fenomenale con prodotti locali freschi e personale che ti mette a tuo agio.

The best place to stay in Matera
Pros:

The location itself is AMAZING! A former mill, converted into a complex with hotel, indoor and outdoor swiming pools, restaurants, bars, conference rooms and generous common spaces.
The personnel was so kind and supporting that make us to feal as the most important guests, ever.
Cleaning on the daily bases, with a professional approach.
Small but important gestures of courtesy (each day, water still and sparkling, coffee, tea, were refill, free of charge).
Large parking facility, included in the price.
Good cuisine, a maximum grade to the Chef.
We strongly believe is the best place to stay, in Matera.

Pros:

Le personnel était très gentil.
La chambre et la salle de bain étaient spacieuses.
On y mange très bien au restaurant mais le choix reste très limité pour quelqu'un qui reste plusieurs jours.
La proximité de Matara se fait très bien à pied...1200 à 1300 mètres environ

Cons:

Le bruit du train est récurrent de 5H40 à23H30 pour quelqu'un qui a le sommeil léger.
Dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing.

overall a great experience, the spa was lovely and the pool was world class!

Struttura bellissima, camere molto pulite e colazione buona abbondante.
20 minuti a piedi da centro storico.

Cons:

Unica nota negativa la spa.
Abbiamo usufruito della spa il pomeriggio stesso del giorno di arrivo, servizio che poi è incluso nel prezzo, ma purtroppo non funzionava nulla.
La sauna non funzionava (eravamo stati avvisati in anticpo), l'acqua della piscina era fredda, dopo aver avvisato il personale e dopo aver chiamato la reception per sollevare il problema, mi viene comunicato che avrebbero provveduto ad alzare la temperatura dell'acqua.
Purtroppo, dopo un'ora il problema non è stato risolto. Non abbiamo sfruttuttato a pieno l'ora a noi riservata. Mi sarei aspettato che dopo aver sollevato il problema mi fosse stata proposta di rifarla al giorno dopo o un altro servizio sostitutivo.
Speriamo almeno che chi é venuto dopo di noi abbiamo trovato l'acqua calda.
