Bliss! A very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Amazing, contemporary accommodation. Brand new, a few steps from the beach. Friendly personnel, clean, next to the restaurant operated by the owners of the Villas. Great food and service. We will return.

Pros:

Top Lage. Frühstück in tollem und sehr schön eingerichten Strandbar direkt am Meer. Liegen am Strand mit Sonnenschirm inklusive. Grundsätzlich das Potenzial für volle 10 Punkte, wenn nicht diverse Mängel in der Unterkunft gewesen wären.

Cons:

1) Die sehr schöne und gemütliche Möblierung auf der Terrasse bietet keine Privatsphäre gegenüber den Terrassen der anderen drei Zimmer. Das stellt allerdings keinen Mangel dar, weil das auf den Fotos ersichtlich war. Trotzdem sind die Fotos bearbeitet und entsprechen somit nicht der Wirklichkeit. Die Wände des Hot Tube sind, entgegen den Fotos, dunkelblau gestrichen.

2) Aus der Wasserleitung (Dusche und Wasserhahn) kam Salzwasser.

3) Die Armaturen sind rostig und spritzen quer umher. Befreien von Rost und reinigen mit Essig sind wirklich nicht zuviel verlangt.

4) Gleich bei der Übernahme des Zimmers mit dem Vermieter war ein unangenehmer Geruch offensichtlich. Er konnte nicht gleich identifiziert und lokalisiert werden. Nach einem Tag konnte der Geruch als Kanalgeruch identifiziert, aber nicht lokalisiert werden. Manchmal war er kaum feststellbar und manchmal extrem erbärmlich bis zur Überlkeit. Am letzten Morgen konnte der Geruch lokalisiert werden. Er kam aus allen Ablaüfen (Dusche, Waschbecken, Badebereich unter dem Waschbecken und WC).

Punkt 4 ist nicht zumutbar, weil das dem Vermieter bekannt sein musste, bei der Übergabe und durch die Reinigungskraft, die täglich kam. Das mindeste wäre gewesen ein alternatives Zimmer anzubieten, weil die Unterkunft in der letzten Saisonwoche Ende Oktober fast leer war.

Statt 10 Punkten, die aufgrund der Lage und Ausstattung leicht erreichbar wären, konnten der Unterkunft nur 5 Punkte von meiner Seite geben werden.

Pros:

Περάσαμε υπέροχα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο, το φαγητό στο εστιατόριο εξαιρετικό και η τοποθεσία ιδανική, ακριβώς δίπλα στην παραλία. Κρίμα που μείναμε μόνο μία μέρα, θα θέλαμε να είχαμε περισσότερο.

A wonderful week at Frati Villas
Pros:

We spent a week at Frati Villas, Frati was spotlessly clean, the bed was so comfortable, our room was cleaned everyday and towels changed every day, Frati Villas is so quiet and peaceful. Frati has plenty of staff and are there for you without being intrusive, The beach area is fantastic the beach beds are really comfortable and are free to guests, this place is total chillout, If we return to Perivolos Frati would defintley be our first choice.

Not great value for money
Pros:

+Breakfast was really good as you can choose from a menu. You'll get a coffee and fresh orange juice included
+ location is great if you like to go to the beach or to explore the island by rental car

Cons:

- the bathroom is very small and not well maintained
- the half of our lamps didn't work
- the room wasn't clean
