Go to this hotel!
Pros:

This place has to be seen to be believed. The location is incredible, and the wildlife you can see whilst having your breakfast is just a dream. All the pools are clean, and the grounds are well-kept. The two beaches next to the hotel are great for relaxing, as an escape from the nearby busy Tayrona tourist beaches.

Cons:

I would not recommend this hotel is you have accesability issues. Lots of steps and uneven ground.

Pros:

La ubicación, al lado de la carretera general. Piscina muy cómoda y buenas instalaciones. Lo mejor el personal.

Cons:

Los continuos cortes de luz que impedían incluso ver una película o tener el A/C continuamente encendido. Se podría solucionar con algún tipo de alternador como los hoteles de la zona.

Fantastic hotel! VIEWS, beach, amazing food!
Pros:

Wow wow wow! The views! Food is amazing. Beach. Pools. Hamacas… Wish I could have stayed longer! What an amazing architecture!

Cons:

Service at the restaurant was slow… I reveived my first order quicky then I had to stand up to ask service… Room was hot during night.

La atención de los trabajadores, la ubicación especial entre el río y el mar, el tamaño de las camas, el contacto con el exterior, sin dejar la comodidad.

En las habitaciones no disponen de mosquiteras en las camas siendo un lugar con abundante cantidad de mosquitos. Las puertas correderas no cerraban por completo lo que aumentaba la cantidad de mosquitos

Buena experiencia.
Pros:

Muy calmado el lugar, excelente para relajarse, muy buen restaurante y comida, la vista es muy bonita, puedes ver los caimanes en la naturaleza y otros animales. Excelente opción si planeas ir y volver al Tayrona, ya que son 5 minutos en bus o carro.

Cons:

La conexión a WiFi es muy inestable. El desayuno es muy rico, sin embargo, anteriormente se podía pedir cualquier opción del menú sin costo adicional y ahora es más limitado a la opción “A o B” que ofrecen. La playa solo sirve para surfear (aunque esto ya lo sabía, es más una observación para quienes lo reserven pensando en nadar en la playa, eso no está permitido). Se entiende perfectamente la idea de conectar con la naturaleza, sin embargo, tener TV para distraerse en la noche sería excelente, ya que las actividades nocturnas son muy limitadas.

El comedor esta poco iluminado de noche, se entiende que la idea ea crear algo natural pero un poquito mas de luz podria servir.
