Pros:

The location an room was excellent with view of acropolis

Cons:

The noise of the chairs in restaurant above our room woke us at 7am an from 7pm till 1am it was very noisy if you wanted to sleep an church bell rings every half day an night

Great staff. Very accommodating. Would return.
Pros:

Staff were great and accommodated an early check in with no problem.

Nice room with free tea, coffee and water.

Cons:

Air-con wasn’t very powerful so was very warm through the night in a windowless room.

Pros:

La vue ! Lit très confortable et surtout le personnel d’une profonde gentillesse. Un des membres de l’équipe nous a pris le temps de nous lister tous les meilleurs endroits à visiter de son île native. C’était parfait 👍

Cons:

Peut être bruyant mais bouchon d’oreille fourni.

A pleasant stay in a very central location
Pros:

The location was excellent for getting around Athens and seeing the sights. The view of the Acropolis from the restaurant/bar area was amazing and all of the staff that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Whilst the location was a positive it was also a negative , with the bells of the cathedral ringing on the hour and half hour for the full 24 hours.

I’ve stayed in countless places around the world, but Regal Metropoleos in Athens truly stands out. From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless and welcoming.

What made the experience unforgettable wasn’t just the hotel itself, but the people. Yiannis, the manager, along with Caroline and Ana, were simply amazing—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring in a way that’s rare to find.

They provided the best service with so much love and dedication, helping me in every single way throughout my stay. It’s rare to come across a team so committed to making you feel truly looked after and at home.

Every detail was handled with such ease and kindness that it elevated the entire experience. It’s not often a hotel earns every single star in my book—but this one absolutely did.

If you’re heading to Athens, this is the place. I will coming back very soon THANK YOU

0 sleep, 0 sound isolation, people walking on the street are inside the room!

Çalışanlar güleryüzlü, pozitif. Roofbar manzarası çok iyi.

Cons:

Sabaha kadar uyuyamazsınız. Odaların SES YALITIMI YOK. Pencerenin açık veya kapalı olması farketmez. Sokakta yürüyen sanki odanın içinde yürüyor. 2 gece kaldık ve neredeyse hiç uyuyamadık. Hiç abartmıyorum !

You won’t be able to sleep until morning. The rooms have no sound insulation. Whether the window is open or closed makes no difference. It feels like people walking on the street are inside the room. We stayed just 2 night but couldn t able to sleep. Not exxaggerating at all !

Pros:

Location was great - close to Monastiraki square and train station. Staff were nice and helpful. There were slippers, toothbrush provided aside from the soaps, shampoos and lotion. Bed waa comfortable.

Cons:

No aircondition and not a fan of the half glass door in the bathroom which I know
