Pros:

La hospitalidad y honestidad del personal es de destacar, me olvide la caja de seguridad abierta y no faltó absolutamente nada, en pocos lugares sucede (lo mío fue de terror, reconozco)

Cons:

Los mozos del rooftop son muy altaneros y no tienen en claro que están allí gracias a sus clientes

Loved our stay at The Regal, a wonderful way to start and end our trip to Greece this year.
Pros:

Our best stay in Athens so far over the years. Location is excellent - right in the heart of everything walking distance to all the sights. Rooms were well equipped with everything you need including mini fridge, coffee maker and complimentary bottled water on arrival - very important in the heat of summer. The service and friendliness of staff is what stood out the most. Extremely accomodating and helpful, making it a most pleasant and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend and will be our first choice in Athens when returning. Well done team.
