At the Hotel, our Breakfast Buffet costs $35,000 per person and is served from 6:30 to 9:30 am
In compliance with Colombian tax laws, foreigners and Colombian citizens residing abroad who receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11, or TP12 visa upon entering the country are exempt from paying the 19% VAT tax. This exemption is only valid when purchasing an accommodations and services package. The permit must be shown upon arrival.
This tax is not automatically included in the total reservation cost.

I like that the location was in Cucuta
The hotel refused to honor a pre-arranged discount for our graduation party group. We had to haggle with staff just to get a fair price. We originally tried booking directly, but they claimed smaller rooms were unavailable to push us toward more expensive options. Miraculously, when we booked that "unavailable" smaller room through a third-party site, it was accepted immediately.
The issues continued with breakfast. The hotel messaged us claiming they "misrepresented" their offer on Booking.com and tried to charge us an additional 210,000 COP. We had to involve the third-party support team just to get the hotel to honor the original reservation terms.
Check-in took 45 minutes with only two people ahead of us. The pool bar staff refused to serve our welcome drinks before 6:30 PM, then told us to go to the rooftop where swimwear isn't allowed. Since the pool closes at 7:00 PM, the check-in delay and staff run-around cost us our first evening there.
Management also tried to retroactively apply an IVA tax charge, despite the booking being made by a foreigner. They were persistent and dismissive of our explanations, focusing on extra charges rather than fixing visible water leaks or the ants in the bathroom. The manager failed to show up for a scheduled meeting the next day to discuss these issues.
Between the loud music from events until the early morning, the late-opening pool, and the subpar breakfast, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. My local friends were embarrassed by the service. Out of over a hundred hotels I’ve visited in Colombia, this was by far the worst. A total nightmare.

El restaurant 365 en el piso 7, en la recepción ofrecen una bebida gratis de bienvenida, para enganchar, luego el restaurant es pésimo, la comida carisima y muy mala, la ateción pésima, demoraron más de una hora para traer el pedido, la carne dura y la pasta echarcada en aceite, con 5 camarones, se suponía que era pasta marinara

Limpieza
La bulla que se genera en el salón social cerca del ascensor no controlan mantener las puertas cerradas y afecta el descanso porque es muy fuerte la música para quienes estamos alojados en ese bloque
