Pros:

An entire family and their pets could sleep on that bed, and the room is spacious with plenty of natural light.

Cons:

The other reviews about the noise are no joke lol, I couldn't even listen to music with headphones at full volume because it was so loud. It stops at night so it won't disturb your sleep but during the day there is no such thing as quiet, so if you want to rest during the daytime, you need to go somewhere else. Wifi is mostly solid but did drop out a few times during the day for a few minutes
