Kitchen was not perfectly clean, stains on plates, etc. Mattress on bed was quite hard and not comfortable

Bardzo mały bojler na wodę - na maks 2 osoby za jednym nagrzaniem wody.

Once we booked throw booking . com it told us it was shared which we didn't like we had different people every day and some was trouble and had to make a complaint while there would not ever book this again and each person turning up didn't realise it was shared so i think this needs looking at . Shower leaks very badly

Ho prenotato questa struttura perché di fronte al mare avendo i miei genitori con età avanzata e mia mandare con un problema al ginocchio. Al giorno del loro arrivo sono stati collocati in in altra struttura del tutto fatiscente… sporca… con blatte e sporcizia lungo i corridoi per arrivare alla stanza.

Terrible apartment – do not rent!

This place was absolutely awful and not worth the money at all. We were shocked to find that another family was living there and we only had one room, not the entire apartment as advertised. Be sure to check your booking very carefully — for this price, we could have rented a whole apartment in much better condition.

We were misled by the beautiful photos, which do not reflect reality. Instead, we got a small kids’ room with tiny beds that no adult could sleep on. The room smelled unpleasant and was damp. Even worse, there was a wardrobe with a window into the toilet(!), meaning we could hear absolutely everything. On top of that, the main sewage pipes for the whole building ran through our room, so we constantly heard people from the entire building using the bathroom, day and night.

The apartment is located along a very noisy road. The “nice” pictures are just taken from a flattering angle — in reality, there’s a bus stop right below and a busy street with constant traffic, shouting, and noise. Because of this, the balcony was extremely dirty and dusty. The plumbing was in terrible condition, with mold and cracks. The walls were scuffed, power outlets were ripped out, and the Wi-Fi only worked weakly in the kitchen — there was no internet at all in our room. Even mobile internet barely worked there.

Parking was also a huge problem — finding a free space was nearly impossible. After many issues, I asked the host to cancel the booking, as there were much better full-apartment options available even in high season. The host deliberately ignored my messages, and only after I complained to Booking.com did they offer to cancel my reservation — just one day before check-out! Booking promised to refund 25% of the cost, but we still haven’t received anything.

I have never written a bad review before, but this will be my first. I strongly advise against booking this apartment or dealing with this host.

There are a number of issues.
Firstly this accommodation is shared, This is not very apparent in the listing. Unfortunately I paid in full and when I realised no refund was possible on cancellation.
The balcony is small. {Only 2 chairs} Also this is the only place tenants can smoke.
No TV's in the lounge or bedrooms.
Shower and washing machine leaked
Toilet seat broken and not replaced.
Doors to the bedrooms are frosted glass and allow light into the bedrooms. This is annoying the property is shared and when you go to bed but the other tenants don't it becomes a issue.
During my stay another tenant entered the apartment and was shocked that there were other tenants and became aggressive as he was not aware that the apartment was shared.

As a single male occupant i felt it was difficult as the two female guests who were already settled in meant I chose to stay in my room as they had arranged the apartment to suit them .not a problem but I won't choose your arrangements again thanks

The hotel is located on a very busy street so it was difficult to sleep in the hotel, it was very noisy. If you close all the windows and doors it will be very stuffy, because there is no exhaust hood (fresh air supply) in the room.
The hotel manager on WhatsApp is rude, accused us of wanting a second pair of keys, communication with the manager left a bad impression.
We checked in 1 hour late because the room was not ready.
Towels were not changed at all during the week of stay!!!
There are no shelves for personal belongings in the shower, a very useless room with a large wardrobe that stank, there was nowhere to put your things in the room.
The hotel has a kitchen, there is a dishwasher, but there are only enough dishes for 1 meal for 2 people maximum, and the apartment has 2 rooms, so it will be difficult to cook
