Pros:

Todo es maravilloso, el placer visual, las playa, las instalaciones, las piscinas, las toallas limpias y perfumadas, el desayuno, las cenas, todo.

Cons:

Habia un olor extraño en la habitacion , supongo yo que por la cercania al agua, pero la limpieza era extrema, no tenia que ver con ello.

A disappointing experience with poor food, ineffective concierge and bad service. Not a 5 star hotel.

Location and cleanliness

Cons:

A mega resort hotel, with absolutely awful dining experiences. Concierge was unable to assist with even the most simple requests, and the wait staff across the hotel and in all restaurants were terrible.

The food is *not* good. It is a mega resort that tries to use its slick architecture to cover up lacklustre service, poor catering and drab rooms.

Not up to standard of other Sofitels - and would not recommend.

I am very surprised this hotel is a 5 star.

Gran personal, buena infraestructura, politicas regulares.
Pros:

El personal. Muy atentos, con criterio de servicio, excepcionales. Fue lo mejor. Gran infraestructura para mi bebe. Un playground y piscinas pequeñas.....

Dificilmente uno encuentra personal así de entrenado, con coherencia.

Cons:

1.Fuegos artificiales prolongados.
2. Proactividad en reparación.

1.Entiendo que en el modelo de negocio del hotel se efectúen eventos. Pero deben tener politicas para evitar afectar a los demás. Hubo fuegoa artificiales prolongados mas de 1 min o 2 mins que despertaron a mi bebe de 11 meses. Noche dificil. Pueden por ejemplo tener politicas de no mas de 15 segundos de fireworks. (Ejemplo)

2. Fuimos parejas de amigos. Unos se quejaron y le obsequiaron una noche adicional. Nosotros no nos quejamos y no nos ofrecieron alguna reparación. Y al hacer checkout no nos consultaron como nos fué. Falla. Si ésto sucedió con varias habitaciones debieron proactivamente reparar a todos.

Wir haben uns bestens erholt.. Sonne, Sand und gutes Essen

Frühstück im Zimmerpreis enthalten. Sehr grosses Angebot. Gut versorgt und Frisch

Cons:

Die Einstellung der Klima-Anlage. Wir hatten 3x Wasser/ Feuchtigkeit am Boden. Einmal bin ich gestürzt wegen sehr rutschige Marmorplatten. Nicht verletzt aber schmerzhaft. Wir sind deshalb 4 Tage früher als geplant ausgezogen.
