Ein wunderschönes Haus in Chania mit freundlichem Personal und leckerstem Frühstück
Pros:

Wunderschönes Haus mit sehr geschmackvoll modern eingerichteten Zimmern. Von der Lage her nicht ganz im Zentrum aber es ist alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar und vor allem für uns als Reisende mit Auto war es hervorragend geeignet, da wir das Auto kostenfrei in der gleichen Strasse parken konnten. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, aber ich würde es auch für ein paar Nächte empfehlen, wenn man Chania in Ruhe besichtigen möchte. Das Frühstück ist der absolute Wahnsinn - es ist kein Buffet sondern wird am Tisch serviert und wirklich sehr liebevoll mit allem was das Herz begehrt - griechisches Joghurt, Brote, Käse, verschiedene Eierspeisen nach Wunsch gemacht.

A gem in Chania
Pros:

Everything was wonderful! The room was clean, beautiful, and had everything we could possibly need. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, and parking was really easy. We had a lovely stay!

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία διαμονής
Pros:

Πρόκειται για ένα στολίδι στο κέντρο των Χανίων, με τις παροχές, την ποιότητα, την εξυπηρετικοτητα, τη διάθεση και την ευγένεια όλου του προσωπικό να ολοκληρώνει θετικά την εμπειρία μας. Το δωμάτιο έχει όλα όσα θα χρειαστείς για μια άνετη διαμονή και ο σχεδιασμός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και έξυπνος ώστε να αξιοποιείται κάθε τετραγωνικό του κατά τα άλλα σχετικά μικρού-αλλά ψηλοτάβανου- δωματίου. Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό, η εξυπηρέτηση στο χώρο του πρωινού αλλά και στη ρεσεπσιον άριστη! Η διάθεση θέσης για πάρκινγκ έπαιξε επίσης καθοριστικό ρόλο για την επιλογή μας.

Cons:

Ορισμένες φορές υπήρχε πρόβλημα με ελλιπές σήμα του τηλεφώνου στο δωμάτιο, πιθανότατα όμως αυτό απασχολεί γενικότερα την περιοχή.

Όλα ήταν άψογα! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πολύ προσεγμένο και το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό. Περάσαμε υπέροχα και μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά!

“An exceptional stay that truly felt like a home away from home.”
Pros:

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for an exceptional stay. From the management to every single member of staff, everything was truly perfect — the cleanliness, the genuine care and attention, the wonderful breakfast, and even the quality of the products provided in the rooms.

What impressed me most was how warm and welcoming the service was. I truly felt at home throughout my stay, which is something very special.

Excellent stay in central Chania
Pros:

Very new and modern, super neat, very clean. Very kind and helpful personnel. Central location, at a beautiful and quiet street in Chania, yet walking-distance to the old port. We also found it relatively reasonably priced considering its beauty and elegance.

Cons:

There was only one issue that we discussed with the hotel owner and his justification was reasonable, so eventually it did not affect our overall impression, nor the score. I would like, however, to write this for other guests: when you set your room to “do not disturb”, do not expect the hotel to clean your room. If you falsely create a fuss about this, it creates a problem for other guests like ourselves who mean it when they ask not to be disturbed. :)

A me sinceramente è piaciuto tutto,ha dei servizi questa struttura veramente di lusso e credetemi che sono molto critico nelle cose...In questa struttura vieni per fare realmente la vacanza,vieni coccolato in tutto e per tutto.. Realmente un 5s complimenti a tutte le persone che lavorano in questa struttura.
Camere dotate di ogni confort ,compreso di accappatoi e teli da usare per il mare.. servizi di lusso (potevi usufruire dell acqua potabile ogni qual volta volevi) e soprattutto una colazione da 5 a tutto fresco...
