I wouldn't recommend it.I arrived at midnight. Spent following night there begrudginly & moved out.
Pros:

Close to city and rail though difficult to find as it's in an alley.

Cons:

Dirty walls and doors. Bedsheets were dirty and stained and I had to sleep on a towel rather than bedsheet. No basic facilities like jug, toiletries etc. Website shows nice beds with linen though this is not what was provided

It's very close to Majestic Bus station, Railway station, walkable distance. Safe secure, manager, and staff were very hospital, gave proper info guided well. Rooms, wash rooms cleanliness 10/10

Pros:

The staff was very rude and the location was very bad also Wi Fi was not working. A very bad hotel person at Reception was very very rude and will not recommend it to anyone. However Owner was little helpful.

Pros:

The premises is located in Shanties/slums & lane leading to the premises is very dirty. Stinking garbage dump is located at the entrance of the gulley that passes through shanties, and leads to the facility is to covered on foot. Cars cannot come inside upto the facility.
