Pros:

飯店位置很好，附近有不少好餐廳，也有好景點，去海邊也近。
早餐用餐至13:30，好適合我們不喜歡早起吃早餐的家庭。
飯店人員都很親切，住的很舒心，我每到一個城市，都會搜尋煙波，是我在台灣最優先考慮的連鎖飯店。

Pros:

Clean and the staff were friendly. They even allowed us to check in a little early as our room
was ready. A really nice touch was the free afternoon tea/snack service in the lobby at 2-4.30pm

首次入住煙波, 與期待落差很大
Pros:

位置偏了點 ,房間沒特色,

Cons:

地下停車場的管制有待加強改善? 已經沒車位了還持續有車輛進入B1或B2 。
服務員未明確告知房間飲料或點心需自行取用, 需基強員工訓練。
