The staff were very nice.

WiFi was not working at all, bathroom had a leaking from the wc and sink, also the bed and the pillows not comfortable.

Muy bueno, recomendable!
Pros:

Les solicité habitación con linda vista y fue maravillosa! Impactante vista a la montaña y al río, hermoso!
La habitación estaba muy limpia y era muy cómoda.
Desayuno variado y abundante. No es buffet pero llevan a la mesa todo lo que uno quiera.
Staff muy atento a las necesidades.

Cons:

Habitación sin ventilación. Nos daba temor abrir la ventana por si entraban bichos pero teníamos calor. Sugiero poner un mosquitero en la ventana, no solo por el aire sino para escuchar el ruido del río a la noche.
