Bien ubicada, buena atención y desayuno.
Pros:

La habitación daba hacia el río y no te despierta el ruido del tren. Bastante limpio y bien desayuno.

Caluroso en julio y no se podían abrir las ventanas por los insectos. Aunque no quisieran poner aire acondicionado se puede poner mallas para los insectos y poder ventilar así, sin que estos entren.

El desayuno fue lo que más destaco de este alojamiento y el cuarto con vista al río, precioso, lo mejor también fue que si cerrabas la ventana ya no se escuchaba nada del ruido del río.

El hotel tiene mucho potencial, sin embargo lo que no nos gustó fue que entraron DEMASIADOS zancudos al cuarto por la noche y al querer contactarme con el personal ya no había nadie en recepción para poder atendernos. La secadora del baño no funcionaba, la tv no tenia canales nacionales, el wifi era lento, por ratos se iba y cuando hicimos la reserva por booking nos pidieron nuestro horario y tren para poder recogernos, sin embargo, nadie fue, nos indicaron después que esos datos no se recepcionaban por booking solo por whatsapp, pero fue la persona encargada que por mensajes de booking nos pidió los datos. Por eso, el precio relación calidad me parece exagerado. Esperamos más.

Great location but in need of upgrade
Pros:

Good location right off the train station. Nice views over the river. Good sound insulation.

Cons:

Infrastructure needs a serious upgrade. Uninsulated electric wires in the dining room. Breakfast ends weirdly early at 8 am. Checkout at 9 am seems harsh.

Personal poco comunicativo, camas poco confortables, en las habitaciones se escuchaba todo lo que sucedía afuera, excesivamente ruidoso, el internet no servía para absolutamente nada. Hora del Check Out (9:00 am) totalmente inconveniente.

Not worth due to the hotel curfew especially if you want to stay out late or eat dinner in town.
Cons:

the hotel closes at 12 midnight (locked) even if you checked in during the day and have a key. I did not know this nor was I informed at any point during booking or check-in. I had to wait outside, ring the bell multiple times and then go to a nearby hotel and ask the receptionist to call/speak to the hotel...we looked up the number on google and then called Susanna Inn. And then finally someone came to open the door and yelled at me for showing up so late. If you have a curfew then state it clearly at point of booking. I was let in at 12:17am and the guy accused me of showing up at 1:00am which was factually inaccurate.

Tres bien situe a cote du centre pour rejoindre facilement la station de bus pour aller au Machu Picchu et tres proche des restaurants

Très agréable hôtel au bord de l’eau
Pros:

Tout était parfait : le personnel est adorable (on vient même vous accueillir quand vous arrivez par le train), la chambre était tres belle et bien équipée. La vue donnait sur le torrent et la montagne avec un double vitrage très efficace et un calme absolu pour dormir (ce qui est rare au Pérou). Le petit déjeuner était parfait avec notamment des fruits frais. L’emplacement idéal et proche de la gare

Me buscaram na estação e ajudaram com a bagagem.

Cons:

Me cobraram um valor maior que informado no site, os quartos tem zero isolamento acústico, ou seja, quando alguem sai de madrugada do passeio acorda todos.
Cafe da manhã levam pao, salada de frutas e se qusier um ovo na mesa. Não tem mta variedade
