Property in a fantastic location, without noise and perfect for absolute rest. The on-site restaurant is excellent, although a little expensive.
Room 4: space suitable for short stays, small wardrobe. Cleanliness should be improved (hair on the floor: it would be enough if the service staff wore a cap). Uncomfortable mattress. The air conditioner was smelling bad, maybe it should be cleaned. Breakfast good but repetitive.

To say they go out of their way for their customer is not just compliment but a fact. When we notified them we left our passport at the hotel, without knowing if they could make it the staff immediately drove all the way out to make a last minute delivery to the ferry. We really appreciate how truly they cared and their response time to the problem is definitely Milos No. 1! Thank you again Psaravolada hotel for saving our ass and let us return to our country in time!

Manque un peu de finitions sur les extérieurs , petit déjeuner pas trop achalandé , produits bons mais rien d’exceptionnel .

L’any 2022 vam anar a Milos una setmana i ens vam allotjar a l’hotel Psaravolada, ens va agradar tant que vam repetir. Quina desil·lusió,

Com ha anat l’estada?
L’estada no ha estat la que esperàvem.
Que tal les instal·lacions?
Les instal·lacions exteriors de l’hotel no han canviat, son molt maques, però l’habitació que aquest cop ens han donat ha estat decebedora. L’habitació te una terrassa amb 2 gandules on poder relaxar-se veient el mar i unes vistes immillorables. El llit es còmode, però l’habitació és petita, i el moble de rentamans es fora del lavabo. El bany consta d’un wc i una dutxa amb una mampara només per un costat, això fa que quan t'estàs dutxant el terra s’empleni d’aigua. A més les vores, l’aparell de dutxa i el terra estan en un estat de deixadesa. Afegeixo fotos. I no només això, el pitjor es que quan vàrem entrar a l’habitació l’olor a claveguera era tan forta que vam demanar un canvi, pagant més si calia, cosa que no va passar perquè ens van dir que tot estava ocupat. Van fer venir a la persona que neteja les habitacions, la Sra. Julia, cosa innecessària perquè l’habitació estava neta.
L’esmorzar al 2022 era a la carta, ara es un mini self service amb poca varietat i poques opcions de demanar a la carta.
Es confortable? El llit i la terrassa.
Està net? Sí.
Es pot dir que té una bona relació qualitat preu? Rotundament no. en temporada de finals de setembre pagar 720€ per 4 nits amb un esmorzar pobre i en una habitació així ho trobem excessiu.
Que tal el personal? No han estat a l’alçada.

Milk was not cold and on the first day I found it was a little off. They replaced it with fresh but it should not have been there.
La posizione e l assistenza del personale
La camera un po’ piccola e qualche disattenzione sulla manutenzione ( ad esempio c èra un vetro della portafinestra con un ampia venatura ). Poca attenzione nella colazione . Ristorante da sconsigliare ( l unico pesce fresco che avevano era il salmone… nelle Cicladi ?!?! )acciughe di quelle che si trovano congelate alla Metro già aperte , deliscate ed impanate ; stessa cosa per le verdure .

Fantastic location and room. Stunning view of the water. Harry was amazing, he made our stay at the hotel extremely comfortable and enjoyable. 10/10 service.
Ciò che spicca di questa struttura è sicuramente il meraviglioso panorama, poiché si affaccia direttamente sul mare. Inoltre, trovandosi nella la zona meno “battuta” dell’isola, l’atmosfera è tranquilla e silenziosa. I ragazzi dello staff sono gentili e disponibili, e con molti consigli da dare. Il ristorante dell’hotel serve piatti greci rivisitati in chiave moderna, lo abbiamo provato una sera e ci è piaciuto.
È un hotel con molte potenzialità, se migliorassero alcuni aspetti (colazione più varia e con opzioni dolci tipo pancakes o crêpes, migliorare il servizio della colazione fornendo dei menu agli ospiti con le opzioni ordinabili al banco, transfer da/per porto o aeroporto gratuiti vista la lontananza) sarebbe un’esperienza ancora migliore.
Everything about this resort was perfection! A huge shout out to Harris who made our stay unforgettable! We miss it and him already.
