Cancelaron dos horas antes porque prefirió a alguien que llegó antes

Todas las calificaciones la puse mal no se llegó ni a conocer el lugar. Hice la reserva para un sobrino que llegaría a las 11:00pm aproximadamente y dos horas antes me llamaron para decir que habían dado a otra persona la habitación dejado a mi sobrino fuera de la reserva. Y eso que habíamos conversado a las 11:00am que podía hacer el pago al llegar allá con $ o pesos. Este encargado (Jonathan) no tuvo palabra, eso no es de confiar para futuras reservas. Les recomiendo a los clientes busquen lugar donde sean mas responsables.

Awful surprise

Cons:

There's no stay because Jonathan had rented my room to someone else.
I booked 3 weeks in advance, his profile says payment is to be done at the facility and he never talked to me, however, Jonathan offered the room to someone else, with an advance payment, and didn't even have the decency to cancel the reservation on Booking.com. So I got to know I didn't have a room just at the moment to arrive at the property.
