La posiIone e la vista panoramica!

La posizione è sicuramente il punto forte di questa location.
L'area comune offre un'inaspetatto balconcino che eegala una deliziosa vista sui sassi di Matera.
Altro punto forte è la cordialità e la disponibilità del proprietario che ci ha accolto.
Non mi è piaciuto molto il bagno, bidet molto piccolo. La camera generalmente pulita a parte un po' di polvere a terra e qualche capello in giro.

Position and staff was very good! Just a suggestion from my side, they should have some amenities for the kitchen to be used as: kitchen towel, soap and seasoning.
I stayed a night, I wasn’t going to buy this stuff to leave in their kitchen. I think they should provide, but the rest exceptional!
Everything was good. Location 11/10. View from the balcony 120/10, even better than from view point in the city.

We lost the wifi connection at some point and despite trying we weren’t able to fix it for the rest of the stay.

Absolutly horrible customer service!
Be advised - the person you'll be communicating with deals with 35 locations (so don't wonder if they don't respond immediately) and they don't work Sundays! You'd also get asked when you're planning to leave, already before you have been able to enter your room.
The key to our room has been recieved by the other customers, since they were provided with the wrong PIN, wo when we arrived at 7:15pm on a Monday evening after a 6 hour drive, the key box was empty.
It took 20 Minutes to get someone on the phone, trying all provided phones several times and texting through booking.
15 More Minutes for someone to come, and surprise - there really was no key in the box. 30 more minutes for someone to come with a spare key and to realize, that by some "miracle" the other guests have already entered our room.
First we were offered to stay in the other room, and we accused ot not cooperating, when we said no. We had paid for the more expensive room with balcony and after an hour of waiting and standing around refused to simpy take the cheaper room with just one high window, for which you needed a stick to open without a compensation.
They sent us to the bar downstairs and tried to figure things out, in the end it was 21:30, when they realized they maybe have to compensate us for the inconvenience. After more than two hours of hanging around, and a compensation offered, we took the other room.
Fun fact - the other customers who had been given the more expensive room by mistake were asked to pay extra for it, even if it wasn't their fault. So you know - there wasn't a loss for owner in the end.
Unfortunately, the room hasn't been properly cleaned as well - there was hair in the shower, on the inside of the glass shower door there was pink mold, suggesting it hadn't been wiped properly for months.
In the room there was a decent layer of dust on the shelves and in the corners.
The best part of this apartment is it's location, beautiful terrace and big window with magnificent view. The apartment was clean, spacious with comfortable bathroom. A big plus for coffee, tea and variety of table ware.
The apartment (number 1) has a great potential and with additional furniture or decoration, it could be more cosy. There is a lot of space for a nice armchair, coffee table or chest of drawers. In the pictures, you can see a chair, console, rug, but there wasn't any of it, except of this white cabinet.
We missed a few items in the kitchen: paper towel, sharp knife and clean sponge - the dishwasher is great, but not so usefull if your stay is short and you use only two plates and two cups.
We were blown away by the incredible view from the terrace and glass doors. Lovely light and spacious bedroom. Great location with a car park only a few minutes away and right next door to all of the street life but without any noise. We never used the kitchen as there were so many wonderful bars, cafes and restaurants on our doorstop.

Perfect location in Matera and our room with the terrace was lovely.
Although clearly stated that room does not offer wifi, I would recommend it for future improvement.
