Pros:

Trés bel hôtel. Dans un style colonial. Proche de la rivière. Endroit calme. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel trés sympathique. Piscine agréable.
Hôtel un peu éloigné du centre ville mais facile d'accès avec un grab.

Cons:

Pour dire quelque chose : Baignoire pas pratique, avec moisissure.

Great hotel in a pure Thailand style
Pros:

Great hotel. Fantastic rooms with a lot of space and in a true Thailand spirit.
Staff is great and breakfast was very good

Cons:

Restaurant is below average. We ate there the first night and then went outside as it was not super good

it’s such a pretty place and the staff is wonderful!

Cons:

the ac would stop working after a while but the staff figured it out and it got sorted. It’s also just a bit out of the way from the main city.

河邊的草皮泳池戶外用餐區很舒服，什麼都不做在那邊發呆也可以。泳池雖然在樹下但是很少看到落葉，員工應該蠻常在做清潔打掃。早餐種類很多，每天換幾種口味吃也不會膩

Cons:

地點稍微偏了一點，主要景點都在中間或是西北一帶，飯店位置算在東偏北，不過如果有租機車或是願意用計程車代步就沒有太大影響

Pros:

C’est un hôtel où on peut se détendre. Il n’est pas au centre de la ville, mais juste à côté de la rivière Ping. Tout est accessible par Grab. La piscine dispose d’un côté jacuzzi. Elle a du soleil vers 11h30 jusqu’à dans l’après midi. C’est pas mal. Le charme de l’hôtel est l’élément qui m’a fait le choisir pour ma fin de séjour à Changer Mai.

Cons:

Au départ j’avais eu une chambre avec 2 lit double, et je m’y sentais mal, j’étouffais et ça ne correspondait pas à ma réservation. Le problème a été résolu, j’ai changé de chambre.
L’hôtel pourrait amélioré ses services en proposant des prestations autres mais je n’ai rien vu de tel, ou du moins on ne m’a rien proposé. C’est une suggestion.

Immillorable opció qualitat-preu
Pros:

Bonic i tranquil hotel d'estil colonial. Les habitacions son grans i còmodes, amb molta llum natural i balcó. L'esmorzar és bo i variat. A més, pots esmorzar relaxadament al preciós i gran jardí a tocar del riu i la piscina. Piscina perfecte per refrescar-se després de tot un dia caminant per Chiang Mai. Personal extremadament amable i servicial.

Cons:

Tot bé. Només tenir en compte que queda un pèl allunyat del centre i necessitaràs transport. Però amb un BOLT o un GRAB estaràs al centre de Chiang Mai en 10 minuts.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel staff are very accommodating. The rooms are big and comfortable.

Pros:

This property is beautiful and the staff are lovely.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this property has ants and black mold. We left because there was both in our room. The hotel was good about it and hopefully they’ll address it for the safety of their guests and staff.

Friendly and kindness all staff,good welcome drink,Room decor. vintage some furniture need update.Comfy bed,Big space toilet seperate dry zone,In room got all amenity .Breakfast 's a must❤️general 's very good but location too far for walk need car but no problem beside well known local restaurant .Big Park lots.Hotel has green garden with lovely cat.We'll back again.
