Nous y avons passé un bon moment.
Pros:

Bel hôtel mais en dehors du centre historique, il faut se déplacer en taxi.
Le personnel est très attentionné. Très bon petit déjeuné.

Cons:

Il faudrait que les européens en vacances en Asie comprennent que la discrétion est de rigueur, on ne parle pas fort, on ne met pas de musique au bord de la piscine, on ne laisse pas les enfants crier, on ne fume pas dans la zone de petit déjeuner quand d’autres personnes mangent …. On essaye de bien se comporter !

Pros:

One of the best hotels we've been to.

Lovely colonial design, clean pool with both shaded relax area and sundecks on the grass.

Daily cleaning, friendly service
Great breakfast assortment - both continental and asian, lovely coffee and thai tea.

The riverside location is a bit outside of the old city, but reachable either by 25 min walk or 10 minute taxi ride at 80-100 thb.

Award-winning khao soi restaurant just accross the street, another hot-pot restaurant also very close.

Cons:

Just note this is not in the old town, but easily reachable.

Some of the reception staff could improve their English.

Old facilities, outdated rooms and furniture, poor breakfast, and rude staff.

The breakfast had very little variety — there was no bacon, no yogurt, and almost no fruit options.

The rooms are very old. The beds were squeaky and the furniture was peeling and worn out.

At first, we were given a room with a bathtub but no shower. After asking to change rooms, and with clear reluctance from the staff, we were directed to another room that at least had a shower.

After all of this, I decided to cancel the reservation. Since we were not eligible for a refund, we spoke with Booking and agreed to stay for the first night while we looked for another place.

However, two minutes later, the receptionist told us to leave the hotel because the reservation had been cancelled. It was humiliating. I tried to explain that this arrangement had been agreed upon with Booking, but she did not seem interested in listening.

We started packing our things to leave, and while we were waiting for our Grab, she came back and said that we were actually allowed to stay for the night.

Overall, it was a very unpleasant and confusing experience. There are many better hotels in Ao Nang for the same price.

Pros:

This is a stunning hotel and we enjoyed everything about it! The rooms are beautifully furnished and our bedding was changed every single day. We loved the breakfasts, and the location just slightly out of town was so peaceful. It's very easy and quick to get a Grab into town. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

This hotel is beautiful inside and outside. The surrounding is very nice, calm and relaxing. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is delicious in a nice garden setting. The staff is very nice and helpful, they kept our luggages for 10 days while we travelled Chiang Rai and Mae Hong Son loop. We also got room upgraded to a suite with a large jacuzzi tub and larger room. We would love to come back here again.
