Struttura in ottima posizione, personale gentilissimo, tutto super organizzato e pulito, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Cons:

Unica (piccola) nota dolente acqua della piscina un po’ freddina rispetto alle aspettative, ma comunque accettabile!

Preis Leistung war sehr gut. Sehr freundliches Personal. Moderner Spa, aber erst ab 15uhr!
Pros:

Sehr gemütliches Ambiente, freundliches Personal. Das Essen war sehr lecker abends 5Gang Menü und morgens ein großes Frühstück Buffet.

Cons:

Leider war der Innenpool /Spa Bereich ab 16uhr nur für Erwachsene und der Aussenpool hatte nur einen kleinen Innenteil, was bei 5 Kinder zu eng war. Das Wasser war eher frisch da Aussen Luft Temp. nur ca. 20grad war.
Beim Abend Essen wäre ein Rotwein für All inklusive Gäste nett gewesen.

Il divano letto e il materasso del letto molto scomodi, pulizia in generale scarsa, polvere ovunque, i servizi offerti al arrivo non descritti a voce, bisognava accendere la televisione per accedervi parzialmente, lingua:solo tedesco e inglese.
Accoglienza all’arrivo e alla colazione assente ;al buffet mancavano le targhette descrittive del cibo, gli ingredienti ,gli allergeni e intolleranze varie.

Schöner Spa-Bereich, Zimmer ordentlich

Cons:

Sehr dreckiges Geschirr beim Essen, sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen. Das Essen teilweise wirklich sehr schlecht. Beim Salatbuffet am Abend war der Salat total welk und das Gemüse sah auch sonst eher älter aus, das Fleisch zäh und die Spätzle eher eine Fertigmischung warm gemacht. Die Nachspeise ein einziger Witz, bestimmt einige Tage alt, wurde am nächsten Tag auch nochmal als Frühstück angeboten. Frühstück Auswahl mehr als überschaubar, wenn man morgens aus dem Zimmer kam roch es bereits nach altem Fett im ganzen Haus, so schmeckte leider dann auch das Omelett und man selbst roch den gesamten Tag nach frittenbude. Das all inclusive ist ja schön und gut, die Getränke aus der Zapfanlage aber leider auch ein schlechter Witz, vor allem der Weißwein, der ebenfalls aus der zapfanlage kommt.
Allgemein sehr hellhöriges Hotel, man hat um 6.15 Uhr den Staubsauger irgendwo vom Gang oder so gehört.
