Important information:

Children under 12 years old can use the thermal pool during children's hours.

You can choose the first shift in the morning or the first shift in the afternoon. Check with the hotel for the schedule according to the season.

Children under 12 years old must pay a €50 supplement for breakfast and access to the thermal pool.

If the rate includes access to the thermal pool, a session must be reserved in advance.

If not included in the rate, access to the thermal pool is 38 euros per adult per day.

Nous avons pris la chambre avec option "Spa swimming pool". Et l’hôtel joue sur les mots. Car quand nous avons voulu aller au spa....il nous a été refusé. En fait nous avions accès uniquement à la piscine, qui comporte quelques bains bouillonnants, mais ce n'est pas un spa . Pour avoir accès au spa avec Sauna, hammam, il fallait débourser 45€ de plus, et réserver des créneaux, indisponibles quand nous avons voulu réserver, et c’est en fait ce que l hôtel appel "balneo". Donc nous nous sommes limités a la piscine, qui est de plus ouverte aux extérieurs, et notamment aux enfants. Pour la quiétude, il faudra s'imaginer une piscine municipale avec des cris incessants....pas vraiment la définition d'un spa relaxant et apaisant....très déçu donc. A ne pas refaire

Pros:

El hotel está muy cuidado y limpio. Las camas son cómodas.
Tiene un parking bastante amplio. La ubicación permite ir andando a los restaurantes del centro de Solares.
El personal es agradable.

Cons:

En principio no resaltaría nada, pero creo que, por el precio que se paga, podrían incluir en el balneario actividades que son de pago como el circuito de agua fría / caliente.

Me gustó la habitación por su amplitud, confort y decoración, el edificio, la amabilidad del personal y el desayuno buffet

Cons:

Que por el importe de la reserva solo podías acceder a una parte del circuito termal, no al circuito completo. Para acceder al circuito completo tenías que pagar un suplemento extra.
