Good value for money, and an excellent spa!
Pros:

The accommodation is very nice, can accommodate 4 people, along with winter/skiing clothes. We made breakfast every morning since the apartment has all the basic amenities you need for making breakfast/dinner. One of the things I liked the most is the hotel spa, which you have to pay extra, but it's more than worth the price! It's spacious, has three saunas, indoor and outdoor hot pool and hot tub, turkish steam room, etc. Also, if you come here for skiing, you will appreciate that the ski pass issuing machine is located straight inside the hotel! The hotel staff, along with Milka - the apartment owner were very polite and responsive before and throughout our stay!

Cons:

This has nothing to do with the apartment, but the hotel doesn't have a ski room at the premises. The closest ski room is on the Malo jezero ski track which is sort of inconvenient, so we decided to keep our skis in the Thule case on our car.

A Memorable Stay in a Great Location
Pros:

There was no breakfast in my booking, however the location is great.... It is just 7.5 Km from the SKI Centre... Kopaonik is very beautiful however the hotel is located at a very nice place which has beauty around the hotel

Cons:

We were staying in the apartment and the house keeping was not done daily
