que la zona es buena pero pagar 220 pesos por noche y no tener un cepillo de baño cuando haces tus necesidades se queda en el baño las grandes necesidades en el baño y huele muy mal en el baño dile al dueño del hotel que no cuesta más de 15 pesos por un cepillo de baño que es muy malo oler a popó todo el día realmente no puedes limpiar todo sin un cepillo y anoche había un chico en la recepción con gafas que era más lleno y más femenino y realmente no tiene ningún sentido común se quedaron hablando fuerte y rieron fuerte hasta alrededor de la 1 am realmente no se da cuenta de que normalmente pagas 220 pesos por noche para poder dormir temprano si el turista visita todo el día y está cansado y se quedan hablando fuerte hasta la 1 am normalmente no puedes dormir pregúntale también si se va a dormir y algunas personas se sientan cerca de su puerta y hablan y se ríen fuerte él puede dormir no tiene ningún respeto en absoluto honestamente a las 12 o algo así de la noche me dieron ganas de ir a la recepción a joder con su recepción y su educación que no tiene nada que ver con los clientes, malos modales en su Parte... y cuando hice una reserva en la página web, después de dos horas recibí un mensaje diciendo que me enviaron un enlace para pagar la reserva antes de llegar y, por supuesto, no acepté. Este es el primer hotel que me pide dinero por adelantado. Me he alojado en Colombia en 12 hoteles, incluso a 70 pesos la noche, y que solo usen un cepillo de baño para limpiar las cosas grandes es realmente vergonzoso. Honestamente, por esto, me dijeron que podría haber problemas al registrarme en la recepción si no pagaba por adelantado. Es una tontería porque en este momento tengo una reserva clara, pero pagué en la recepción normalmente. Espero que hagan que sea tranquilo por la noche para que los clientes puedan dormir. Honestamente, nunca volveré a este hotel. Así es como se pierden clientes porque no se les tiene respeto.

Revisar la habitación antes de entregarla

Me entregaron la habitación sin revisar que el control del aire no le servían las pilas, también el televisor no funcionaba y tuvieron que cambiarlo, yo tuve que ayudar a eso
