Hôtel très bien situé. Il suffit de traverser la rue pour accéder aux piscines extérieures et à la mer. Attention pas de plages de sable à Portoroz mais des pontons en bois. Grande piscine intérieure. Grandes chambres confortables. Bon petit déjeuner. Parking public en dessous de l'hôtel.
L'utilisation du parking (public) ne nous a pas été expliqué à notre arrivée, ce qui fait que nous avons pris un ticket de parking normal. Sachant que le prix est de 2.50 euros l'heure, c'est cher. Normalement, ca devrait être 25 euros la journée. Nous l'avons donc signalé à la réception et sommes tombés sur un employé pas très coopératif. Ce n'est que le lendemain que nous sommes tombés sur quelqu'un qui nous a donné la bonne carte de parking (entrées et sorties multiples) et qui a même fait un geste commercial.
Il faudrait que tout le personnel soit mieux formé pour répondre aux questions des clients.

Tento rok vo wellness chýbali plachty a osušky tiež vždy neboli. A raz sa stalo, že nám v kúpeľni síce vymenili všetky osušky, ale boli nedobre vyprate.
La vue sur mer est géniale. Attention cependant aux chambres à partir de 1 et moins (101, 201,…). Elles donnent sur la mer mais aussi et surtout sur des toits en taule et sur les clims. En étages bas c’est vraiment moche. Nous avons changé de chambre pour une vue plus haute et décalée et là c’est top !
- l’accueil est un peu minable. Personne pour nous accueillir à notre arrivée en voiture, personnel pas aimable et très peu souriant et en sous effectif
- le petit déjeuner est une usine en sous effectif également. En plus vous réservez dans une catégorie d’hôtel supérieure et tous le clients des autres catégories se retrouvent au même endroit. C’est très bizarre comme principe.
- on nous a laissés diner vers 21h45 pour un forfait de 35€ par personne hors boissons (!) mais à 22h tout était rangé. Repas expédié et pas de fromage ni de dessert…le tout pour 105 euros à 3! On aurait préféré plus de franchise et diner ailleurs ou en room service
Excellent buffets - both breakfast and evening. Amazing views from the verandah. Large comfortable room and veranda. Large salt pool down the hill and across the road.
The hotel has been renovated, but when heavy rain came, it made its way down into the foyer. Obviously serious issues. In general the staff were very friendly. Wait staff seemed to all be new and sometimes seemed a bit overwhelmed. Wine for 25 Euros per bottle was advertised everywhere, and we thought we were ordering one of them for dinner… No not at all. And we only found out when we checked out. $$ Also wine by the glass was expensive in this hotel. Still we did enjoy it and would go again.

Lovely big rooms, big indoor pool and lots of areas outside to bathe. Great breakfast.
There didn’t seem to be much staff on hand to get a drink at the bar or clean away at the pool.
Sehr schönes Hotel. Wir hatten ein Superior Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick. Sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Leider aber in der zweiten Etage, die Klimaanlage des Schwimmbades direkt unter dem großen Balkon war schon etwas störend. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstücksbüffet sehr gut, ebenfalls das Abendbüffet. Etwas störend waren die Gäste die sich mit Badekleidung und Baseballkappe in den Speisesaal begeben haben. Das hat die Atmosphäre etwas Richtung Camping verschoben. Passt eigentlich nicht zu 5-Sternen. Dafür ist die Spa-Abteilung erstklassig.

Keine ebenerdige Duschkabine, externe Beleuchtung am Balkon nicht ausschaltbar, Polster für Balkonsessel nur auf Anfrage, Gäste beim Abendessen in Shorts, Flipflops und Trägerleibchen, Sekt beim Frühstück ständig leer, Kaffeequalität beim Frühstück miserabel (Automat), Chronische Unterbesetzung beim Servicepersonal im Speisesaal und beim Personal am Empfang, dadurch Verzögerungen beim Tischabräumen und Wartezeiten am Empfang, Massagebecken im Schwimmbad nicht funktionsfähig.
