the staff made the trip - incredibly kind, helpful staff and they met my requests well and despite the very busy hotel they managed to give excellent service and changed my room when necessary.
I requested a quiet room before I came (at least twice on email and in messenger) and was assured this was possible. When I arrived the only room left was a room above a bar where a party was happening until 1am. The staff were very apologetic and kindly moved me the following night and upgraded the room. I really appreciated that, I know how hard it is to manage requests at a very busy hotel, and they made a big effort to ensure I had a quiet room in the end.
The property did not allow me to book them
Nothing
When I arrived, I was slightly worried about the proximity of the motorway, but I was given a room on the inside courtyard and was not bothered by any noise. The room is spacious, with practical details like a towel rail on the shower door, a small fridge under the sink in the bathroom, a tall lamp in the corner allowing to light up the room if you want or need to, no grids or venting tubes making noise and keeping you awake at night.
The only thing missing would be a kettle, I'd say, but perhaps at reception they'd have been able to give me one had I asked.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful. There's a small shop where you can buy snacks, drinks, essentials 24/24. The restaurant serves nice food, although a bit overpriced.
Breakfast is also quite varied, offering options for all tastes and needs. Plant-based milk is available by default, there are different teas available, even a herbal infusion.
In the evening at the restaurant, the music and general noise were so loud I couldn't bear to have my dinner on the spot, but it was no problem to take it back to my room.
The outdoor parking is free of charge, but to small for the general size of the hotel. Luckily I found one last free spot on the street, but there aren't all that many available there either. Since this hotel is quite far from the city centre, I'm assuming most people get there by car, so I can imagine parking often being a problem.

prijs kwaliteit is ontbijt nok zeker als je ziet hoeveel ontbijt kost en wat men voor krijgt ik zie de laatste jaren dat veel hotels hier op besparen.

Cleanliness & Comfort: The hotel was exceptionally clean. Despite its proximity to the airport, the soundproofing is excellent—I didn't hear any noise from the airplanes at all.
Staff: The team was very professional and treated guests with great respect.
Parking Perks: There is an underground parking garage available. Although I received a message stating it costs €10 on weekends and €20 on weekdays, they surprisingly didn't charge me anything in the end!
Parking Alternatives: If the garage is full, there are a few free spots right in front of the lobby. Alternatively, you can park on the street for just €0.20 per hour (up to a 10-hour limit).
Bathroom Layout: The main downside was the architectural design of the bathroom. It isn't a separate, enclosed room but rather integrated into the main living space of the guest room. This leads to a lack of acoustic privacy; any sound—like washing your hands or taking a shower—is clearly audible throughout the entire room.
