Toll fanden wir das große Zimmer den südseitigen Balkon den modernen und gut gestalteten Wellnessbereich Schwimmbad Fitnessbereich und die günstige Lage zwischen Cheb und Franzensbad

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte freundlicher sein und die Balkone sollten mit Sitzgelegenheiten oder Liegestühlen ausgestattet werden. Außerdem sollten Frottee-Saunatücher zur Verfügung stehen

Pros:

Zimmer waren groß und sauber

Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht gut
Die Dame an der Rezeption war nicht wirklich freundlich
Ich hatte einen Massage zur Anreise gehabt jedoch wurde mir die Uhrzeit nicht mitgeteilt so das ich sie nicht machen könnte
Die Tiere draußen sind in sehr kleine Gehege eingesperrt ohne saftiges grün
Wir haben an der Rezeption gefragt wo die Tiere sind sie meinte wir müssen weiter fahren zum Hotel Palast sie hat nicht gesagt das es vor der Haustüre auch einegene Tiere gibt
Billiard spielen wäre toll gewesen wenn der Tisch wo steht wo man auch Platz hat mit dem Schläger ist man an der Wand angestoßen

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Netter Empfang.
Frühstück war in Ordnung.Zimmer auch
Schöner kleiner Pool zum Schwimmen.
Sauna auch sehr schön und alles im Zimmerpreis enthalten.

Lokalita na kraji města je super. Je vedle parku a výběhu daňků a hned u rozhledny. Pár minut do centra.

Vynikající kuchyně. Skvělí kuchaři i personál v jídelně. Opravdu příjemné. Pokoje také. Pěkné okolí a máte-li pokoj s balkónem do parku, ani nevnímáte nedaleký dálniční obchvat.

Cons:

Jako "wellness" toto zařízení zklamalo. Začátkem února člověk samozřejmě nečeká velký nával - proto tam také jede. Nicméně management hotelu asi nečekal v sobotu 7. 2. dopoledne ani nohu, protože na cca 20 - 25 zájemců o tu propagovanou (a nikoli levnou!) pohodičku poslal do služby jednu jedinou lazebnici. Byla sice moc fajn, podle jmenovky tuším Denisa, ale stihnout to opravdu nemohla. Takže všichni Němci šli raději debatovat do bazénu, čímž ho prakticky vyřadili z provozu pro ostatní zájemce.

Fenster nicht sauber.
Im Schwimmbad sehr gutes Wasser aber die Ränder bei der Wasserrinne hat Reinigung nötig.

- kein Entspannungsraum mit Panoramablick vorhanden, obwohl im aktuellen Prospekt angegeben (nach Rückfrage ist das Glasdach schon länger undicht und soll repariert werden)
--> dann sollte es im Prospekt auch nicht angegeben werden!!!
- nur eine Kaffeemaschine
- im Schwimmbadbereich war zwar eine Wasserkaraffe da; wurde aber nicht nachgefüllt
- zu kleine Badetücher; diese sollten auch im Saunabereich liegen
