Ich erwarte mehr für 200€ die Nacht .
Cons:

Tv so groß wie ein Tablet, kaputte Türen / Wände , Wände fleckig mit gelben Flecken .
Frühstück leider sehr wenig Auswahl und das was hat schmeckt nicht ,
Rührei flüssig, nicht geniessbar.
Säfte mit Instant Pulver gemacht , sehr süß und von frischen Früchten leider nichts zu schmecken .

Personal an der Rezeption ( Frau mit schwarzen Haaren )
Sehr sehr unfreundlich,
Sowie Dame mit kurzen Haaren und Brille.

Sehr schönes ruhiges Hotel, Sauna und Schwimmbad super, gut zum Relaxen und spazieren gehen

Cons:

Zu den Essenszeiten ist zeitiges erscheinen Pflicht, da nicht immer alles nachgelegt wird.

Für einen Wellness-Kurzurlaub zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und übersichtlich. Aber einem 4* Hotel in Deutschland nicht vergleichbar.
Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb von Franzensbad. Das Zentrum erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten durch einen gepflegten Park.

Klidná lokalita mimo centrum, které ale bylo v docházkové vzdálenosti, bezproblémové parkování, vstřícný personál, prostorný a čistý pokoj, pěkný a čistý bazén, snídaně chutné, slušný výběr sladkého (pečivo, koláče)

Míchaná vajíčka ke snídani byla každé ráno až příliš tekoucí.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen, man ist aber in 15 Minuten Fußmarsch durch einen wunderschönen Park in den Stadt frantiskovy láznê
In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Eger.
Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt.
Außerdem haben wir uns eine sehr gute professionelle Massage gegönnt.
