Kiváló!
Pros:

Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállásal. Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, a szobák szépek, jól felszereltek és teljesen rendben vannak. A tisztaságot is kiemelném. Minden nap jöttek takarítani, rend és tisztaság várt mindig. A becsekkolás is könnyen és rendben ment. Nagyon ajánlom mindenkinek!

Kaldığımız süre boyunca odamızda hamamböcekleri ile uğraştık, heryerden böcek çıktı ve özellikle son gecemizde sabaha kadar uyumayıp yattığımız odada yatağımızda, eşyalarımızın arasında 10 tane hamamböceği öldürdük. Odanın tasarımı ve konumu iyi olsada bu yaşadıklarımız yüzünden hiçbir anlamı kalmadı. Böcekleri seviyorsanız bu oda tam size göre.

Sorunsuz bir seyahat
Pros:

Yeni bina oda yeterli büyüklükte. Çoğu yere yürüme mesafesinde. Fiyat performans dengesi güzel.

Cons:

sıcak duş almayı sevdiğimiz için banyonun kapısını açınca duman dedektörü çalıştı kısa sürede çözdüler ama biraz panik olduk.

Het is een super schone en nette accomodatie. De housekeeping is ontzettend vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het is een enorm gehorig gebouw. Je hoort alles op straat. Aan de overkant zit bar Thetis die ook dagelijks tot midden in de nacht harde muziek draait. Er is geen receptie, wat opzich geen probleem is maar je krijgt van te voren daar geen informatie over en je krijgt pas een paar minuten voor check in een mail met de codes etc. Je krijgt geen informatie voor de check out. Er is ook geen plek om je koffers achter te laten, dus als je voor check-in tijd bent kan je deze niet kwijt.

Cockroaches and lack of support ruined the stay.

I am genuinely surprised that this property is rated 9.1 “Superb.”

While the accommodation is relatively new and looks decent at first glance, our experience was far from superb. The biggest issue was pest control. We had actually booked and already paid for two separate stays in Rhodes, with the dates only three days apart, and both stays had cockroaches. During our visits, we found cockroaches in the accommodation, including one in the bedroom and another in the bathroom. It is difficult to understand how a property can maintain such a high rating when guests may have to sleep in a room with cockroaches.

Another major concern is the complete lack of customer support. There is no reception or front desk service, and the phone was never answered. The only responses we received were through messages, often after delays. This should be stated very clearly before booking. We informed the property in advance that we would be arriving much earlier and asked whether it would be possible to access the room slightly before check-in. Not only was this request denied, but we were not even allowed access 10 minutes early. Instead, we were instructed to take our luggage to a different hotel because there is no facility on-site to store bags. This was extremely inconvenient and should be disclosed upfront. On our second stay, we were not even provided with the PIN code to enter the property until one hour after the official check-in time, and only after we contacted them to request it.

To make matters worse, on our first day we were given the wrong PIN code for the main entrance. When we called for assistance, the person on the phone insisted that the code was correct, despite it clearly not working. We were fortunate that a cleaning lady happened to be there and helped us gain access to the building. Without her assistance, we would have been left stranded outside.

Pros:

The bathroom was beautiful and the room was very clean

Cons:

Noises from the bar next to the hotel, I couldn’t sleep and wrote to the property and they didn’t help :(
Also the room was smaller than the pictures
