Overall, we were disappointed
Pros:

Great location and the manager was very polite and tried to improve our stay.

Cons:

Even though they tried to improve our experience some of the problems we mentioned weren’t resolved.

First and most important was the water quality and cleanness of the Jacuzzi. We informed the owner that the water was dirty when we arrived and she assured us that they use chemicals to clean it but after the room was serviced, the water remained dirty and in fact the second night, it smelled really bad.

Secondly, both floors had a dehumidifier as a solution for the extreme humidity due to the pool downstairs and even though we informed the owner that that dehumidifier on the top floor wasn’t working, nothing was done to resolve the issue. This was very disappointing and crucial to our stay experience because the humidity was extreme and all of us woke up sick the second day.

Furthermore, we were assured that the jacuzzi water had a certain temperature but that definitely wasn’t the case. The water was cold and the only way to rectify that was to use extra hot water, but that resulted in the pool overflowing because we didn’t find any way to drain some of the water in advance.

The overall cleanness of the room was disappointing and at times we felt we couldn’t feel comfortable, especially if we consider the water of the Jacuzzi, which was so disgusting that on the second day we didn’t even get in.

Some other problems we had was the fact that in the main room, one of the outlets on the bedside table didn’t work and in the kitchen, there weren’t any convenient places to plug in the espresso machine, and we had to move it elsewhere to make coffee.

Overall, the owner really did try to improve and solve some of our problems, but unfortunately, the experience we had was not good.

Alojamiento céntrico con personal muy atento
Pros:

Estaba limpia y tenía buenas instalaciones. Además se encontraba en la parte más bonita de la ciudad.

Cons:

Cogí el alojamiento por las imágenes que ponían en la web. El alojamiento es un edificio con varias plantas, la de abajo a pie de calle, la de en medio y la de arriba. Nos toco la de en medio, pero cuando entramos a la habitación la ventana era bastante pequeña y se encontraba a una altura demasiado alta (al menos dos metros de altura) lo que hacía imposible abrirla. Además dábamos a la parte trasera lo que impedía que entrara nada de luz.

Pros:

Location in an old town was amazing, window opens to a tiny alley that can't even hold many people, so I didn't need to shut it as it was quiet all the time (though I stayed off season), 2nd floor meant that nobody could look inside, coffee machine, comfy bed and friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Room size was great for one, but for two it would be a bit tight, shower screen is pointless and I had to be extra careful not to make a huge mess but still made the bathroom floor wet, found some hairs in the bathroom stuck to the walls and a stain on a coffee glass, nothing major for me personally, but not a stellar cleanness, some remarks from staff were a bit rude, not offensive, or on purpose, but I am used to wording things differently.

Fantastic, good location . 3 mins walk to the pier and right in the middle of old town so easy to go out for breakfasts,

Wspaniała i serdeczna obsługa bardzo pomocna od początku aż do końca wyjazdu, bardzo czysto i schludnie lokalizacja perfekcyjna blisko do portu dworca na około restauracje i urocze sklepy, nie mogłyśmy lepiej trafić- bardzo polecam ❤️
